Good atmosphere, courteous and professional staff, good breakfast.The location is excellent. We returned there again mainly because of the excellent staff that runs the hotel.

You have to climb the stairs with your luggage. There is one elevator but it is far away.

I liked the staff, very helpful and careful, always with a smile.Location, near to beach and marina Gouiva.The pool: is essential in hot July. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel .

Did not like - small room, claustrophobic corridors in the hotel, broken shower handle, and the curtain in the shower cabin. The pillows, one of them too big and tough another one too small and soft.

I love their staff and liked the location, it was center. close to a bus stop, restaurants and the beach!

Breakfast was good with a variety to choose from but a selection of more fruit would have been good.

- very nice employees - breakfast had a lot of options, it consisted of fruits, cheese, olives, salad, tomato, eggs, bacon, beans, different types of tasteless cereals, 2 types of fried stuff filled with cheese and spinach as well as reheated croissants.

- water pressure low - pool already closes at 6pm - bathroom was not properly cleaned at arrival

friendly staff, clean room, gift (wine) upon arrival, swimming pool, quiet and efficient air conditioning in the room

occasionally poor mobile network signal (although this is not the hotel's fault but the Greek mobile operator's) and sometimes bad wi-fi (hotel's fault)

Reception staff very helpful, rooms were clean. Pool was nice atmosphere was friendly

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in every way . For a three star hotel it exceeded our expectations . We ended up also having a meal there in the evening which was delicious . Best mousaka I’ve had in ages .

Very nice hotel with lovely food which is reasonably priced and the breakfast is excellent with a great array of food. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. To be honest, we wanted to be near to the airport for our flight out and didn't want to pay the prices charged in Corfu town so the hotel did the job for what we wanted even though we wouldn't choose to stay there as a base.

The pool area lets the hotel down as it doesn't look inviting or particularly clean. The pool is shared with another hotel.

So bright. Spotlessly clean always. The staff were excellent! So friendly too. Special mention to Angela & Tirini on Reception. Also lovely Spyridaula, Iris, Angela, Aurora & Panoru. Food delicious, good selection and always big portions.

Not a big thing, but the sun loungers could be updated.

The staff are fantastic, efficient, friendly and very helpful. Evening meal always superb. Plenty of beautifully cooked fresh meals. Lovely room overlooking pool cleaned every day to a very high standard.

Bathroom very dated and small. Breakfast a little bland at times

Breakfast had good variety of foods. Food was continuously replenished and tables cleared and reset very prompt by efficient staff.

The pool area needs to be updated

The people are very friendly in the hotel. Very nice welcome from the first minute! The room was clear and nice, cleaning was daily. The food was great (breakfast and dinner). The beach is only 2 minutes walk.
