Very nice staff nice area easy 2 get around good value for money

Only the Internet very poor in my room but that's not a big issue

I enjoyed my stay in Popi Star hotel. Great location, helpful staff and very clean hotel.

Great accommodation for money paid. Very good size of room, cleaned every day, balcony too. Clean bathroom, towels changed daily. Parking available very near. Convenient location with many lunch/dining options and bars too. The beach and promenade are in walking distance. The staff were professional and very kind. All stay was relaxing and enjoyable.

It happened that there was no warm water for the shower and the stream of water was not always the same

The location was very nice, not too far from the airport and nice restaurants and shops near the hotel. In terms of price-value ratio, this was the best we found, and since we travelled around a lot we only came back here in the evening.

The majority of staff didn't speak much english, and they were not so kind, for example we paid for breakfast on our last day as well , but we had to leave the restaurant by 7:30, and at 7:20 they didn't let us in to eat, they sent us out, and after a long wait we only got a cup of coffe and two slices of cake.The bed was very hard, and the doorknob always fell off the bathroom door, it could really be screwed back... And also an AC is very much needed in the room it's a shame that you have to pay extra for it. 

Location was good. We didn’t have breakfast. Room was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Pool was good.

Air conditioning didn’t work and a shower curtain would save water cascading onto the floor as the shower is in the middle of the bath not at an end.

Location was great. Also wanted to add that staff was great, and provided everything that I needed.

Need to pay additionally for AC. In some corners I saw that there might be mold (bathroom). Also it was mentioned that there is wifi, but you could barely get connection in rooms. Other than that a good place to stay.

That the breakfast items were not kept chilled so in the heat / weather some items were not edible ( Cheeses ...yogurt )

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!My partner and I just spent a night in Corfu at this hotel.BE CAREFUL: If you want to use the air conditioning you must pay 6.50€ per day!!! It's 35 degrees now in Corfu. I could not sleep at all. I have been traveling all my life and I never heard that before that you have to pay to get the remote control.NEVER EVER AGAIN!

I had a late check-in at 3am (I kept the hotel updated about the flight delay) and still my room was not ready yet. The receptionist tried to clean up the room but it was really dirty. Wouldn’t recommend it

Close to the beach and large supermarket. Only 20 minutes by bus 7 to Corfu. There is bus to Paleokastritsa. Hotel is not on the main road, so it not noisy. There is a free of charge safety-box.

Ideal location for what we needed for one night, clean but basic and suited our needs.

Friendly and helpful staff

Bed was quite comfortable, however, not a double bed as it was just two twin beds next to each other.

First of all, you have to pay for air conditioning. There is no remote in the room for air conditioning unless you pay 6,5€ at the reception. The air conditioner itself works good but is also already old and has seen better days. It’s quite noisy at night when you want to sleep. Second, the receptionist was unfriendly and we had to fill out our own form including Passport number etc. even though she asked us for our passports just seconds before. In my opinion, filling out the information is the receptionist’s job and I, as a hotel guest, should only double check and sign it. The rooms are quite old with a small bathtub as shower which was not super clean and in the best condition. The double bed, as mentioned above, is not a double bed. It’s simply two twin beds next to each other. Thus, the beds move when you get too close to the middle of the “double bed”. Haven’t tried the pool as we arrived quite late. But the pool looked small but big enough to just cool down.

Pool, location, loads of good food places nearby, but stop into old town a 5min walk away, places to rent quad/scooter/car if interested

The location.

The cereals and the coffee at the breakfast could be better . But a lot of choice and other things to eat and drink, so that was ok. 5 euro for breakfast is alsof a very fair price.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Was a great location, right near the beach, plenty of restaurants nearby, and only a twenty minute bus journey into town. Excellent value for money.

Furniture dated but more than functional, great to stay in to see the area.

I paid for a sea view but I could just about see it through the window of the building in front of the property.
