Hotel am Garnmarkt

The poor young man at the desk who had to come up and explain why the “air-conditioned” rooms were not and muggy.

False marketing. This was not airconditioning. The only thing that worded was the fan the young man brought us.

Clean rooms, nice location.

Only 8 free parking places in front of the hotel. Parking garage 24Euros/24h. Breakfast was disappointing.. 1h before end of breakfast they didn't care about available food. No scrambled eggs, no salami etc.. Also tables weren't ready and there was just a few people. Pastry wasn't fresh at all. Probably from previous day. Very sad about this breakfast.

One of my colleague room's heater was not properly working - was not only 1st room but also 2nd room too.

Rooms and bathroom are decent size and comfortable. A/C did not cool but called down for fan and staff quickly provided one. Staff friendly and breakfast was good.

Since shower does not have a door and just part glass water got out onto main bathroom floor. I was not happy with the location or surrounding area.

Hotel with brand new interior, excellent, quiet rooms, spacious. Beds are good, though a bit too soft for me, but that's a matter of taste. Breakfast was truly outstanding, can compete with a 5-star breakfast. They have everything you can think of, incl fresh fruits like rasp- and blackberries. We also chose this hotel because the booking site indicated the hotel has a e-charging point. Although the charging point turned out not to belong to the hotel (so you cannot reserve them upfront), there are actually 2 charging points (22 kW, check if the points are compatible with your charging card) located in a parking garage at 50 m from the hotel, and the garage is free of charge. The hotel is located just 3 km away from the highway so perfect overnight stay on the way to Austria / back.

As far as I understood, the hotel doesn't serve dinner. But there are several good restaurants at max 5 min walk, we went to Il Tamborino, a good Italian restaurant just 400 m away.

Very friendly staff, quiet and convenient location not far from Bregenz and few other touristic attractions, good breakfast.

We could not have dinner at their restaurant. A group could.

Easy to find, easy parking on the roadside, friendly and efficient check-in, large, clean and well appointed room, excellent breakfast...what else would you need during a business stay. Will definitely look again at Hotel am Garnmarkt if an overnight stay is needed in this (lovely) area close to Lake Constance and at the footstep of the Alpes

When we arrived with our motorcycles, we were soaking wet because it had been raining all day. The staff nevertheless was very friendly. The receptionist immediately booked a table at a nearby restaurant of our choice. Besides that, the room has a very long 'stick' to which you can hang your gear to dry.

Breakfast was exceptional. The location was perfect because my daughter was training at Mosle Stadion so it was close by.

Very nice all around :)

Noise and cigarette smoke from outside (hotel entrance) affected my room.

This is a relaxing hotel in the heart of Goetzis
