We had room 204 which had a lovely view of the mountains from jacuzzi and bedroom. The breakfast was lovely! Very convenient bus stop to middle of old town and to train station - takes about 15 minutes. Enjoyed the goats next door.

The wifi in this room was almost non-existent. We had to walk around room with laptop to connect - only got a little reception from dresser which was quite awkward. The shower is not good for older people with balance issues. There is nothing to hold onto, soap needs to be on floor and shower is very slippery. When attempting to use washer and dryer in basement ask for instructions first (need some english instructions in basement for US customers). I put it on hot water and it took 3 hours to complete cycle. I was told it could not be stopped. I set dryer to 1 1/2 hours and my things were not dry.

It was cozy and comfortable from the room to the breakfast and staff. It was decorated like a home and lovely. This was a last minute pick as we were tired from driving but I’d definitely come again. The staff were so friendly and everyone wore smiles. That’s a win in my book!

Nothing. It’s about five minutes off the highway if that matters but we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely view from the room, which was large and comfortably furnished. Breakfast was excellent and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Supermarket within easy walking distance. Easy to get the bus into the centre, taking 20-25 mins to the railway station.

Maybe it was the timing of my trip (late-ish Sept), but most of the local Gotzens eateries seemed to be shut.

Good location for downtown. The records and record player in the room were nice.

Parking has to be reserved ahead of time. There was no door on the bathroom, just a curtain, which was fine but a bit awkward. The room was a bit warm but they did have a portable fan.

Nothing was there to like the rooms were smelly and not worth the money paid .

The room was not up to the mark , the breakfast spread was not adequate , the heaters were not working in the room . And the list goes on !!

    Location, playroom for the children

Room was a jumble of things, too many and unnecessary things, no space for the luggage. Size very small and we even booked a Junior Suite! Not particularly clean either, I had to wash the tub before using. Jacuzzi was not working. We were a family of 4 and we got just 1 big towel! No black curtains to shade from the light in morning…Not worth the money sadly

Fantastic location in a lovely settlement near to Innsbruck. You can reach the central station & the city center in 20 mins with bus. There is a bakery, a supermarket and a gas station in a few meters, as well as a church. The room was cozy, comfortable, clean. It was nice to have a mini fridge, The breakfast was excellent, with a wide and fresh selection. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful & always smiling. I had a pleasant stay.

The wifi connection was lagging several times for a few seconds, but I could live with it.

The view from the room, the cozyness of the place especially the vintage theme

    No coffee in the room

Great location, about ten minutes from town on the bus. If you are staying a couple of nights you get free bus travel, the bus stop is right around the corner. Could walk to a good number of restaurants Stunning views from the hotel.Room had a little kitchenette which we weren't expecting. The bed was a great size! Also very comfortable.Breakfast had great views, good selection of food. Crossaints were warm and fresh!Staff were friendly and helpful

Only one pillow each ( although we did not request more therefore can not comment if more were available)That is the only slightly negative thing I could possibly think of.

The breakfast room was delightful - lots of glass with amazing views. The choice of food and drinks was unbelievable, there was hot/cold, sweet/savoury and endless tea, coffee, juices and even fizzy wine! The beds, although a little 'dated', were super-comfy, with lovely linen. The staff was extremely helpful, giving advice on local amenities, restaurants etc.Welcome Card was a bonus - research activities carefully and plan your itinery.

The bathroom was rather small and the hot water was inconsistent!

Nice views hospitality and good breakfast- rooms are very well designed. Felt like we are staying in a house and not a hotel

We decided to stay at this hotel because we wanted to be surrounded by nature and, at the same time, to be close to Innsbruck. At out arrival we were given a welcome card, so in 15 minutes we could be in the city centre. I really appreciated this service because we were not bound to expensive parking areas and buses are very frequent (about every 15 minutes and running through Midnight). They have an amazing breakfast with a huge selection of quality food, including Austrian produce. Rooms are large, with a very comfy bed and a huge terrace. We also used their wellness centre, which included a steam bath and a sauna and we really appreciated It. Thank you very much for everything

Cleaners forgot to clean up our room

This is a nice property that is an easy bus ride from the center of Innsbruck. I loved that the Welcome Card was included for our stay and we could use public transport for free. Nice sauna, steam room, and cold plunge. Extremely nice owner. Even gave us a small Christmas gift when we left.

Overall, the property was great. Only complaint is that the front desk sometimes is not staffed.

    10ChokPosted on: 12-8-2024

The hotel is at a peaceful area and it's a short drive to both the ski area and downtown innsbruck. Beautiful room and the jacuzzi tub at the balcony facing the alps is the icing on the sugar! The staff is also very helpful, warm and responsive. We felt very welcome.

    7SaraPosted on: 12-2-2024

The staff is very nice and gentle, the ambient is very cozy and comfortable.

Maybe a bit off season for the spa but only the sauna was on and it was a bit cold outside.
