Enjoyed the facilities, nice staff, very good breakfast. Very effiecient and attentive staff.

I think my son said the hottub did not work.

I bookedd and paid for a room with 3 beds, I was given a room with 2 beds

The location is incredible. Our room had a giant balcony overhanging the ocean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The view and the seafood restaurant was amazing.

The photos on booking.com did not reflect the room we were provided. The breakfast was dreadful.

Rooms dated and musty. Huge buffet for both breakfast and for dinner but not safely managed (stomach upset 2 different times), ie, poor food safety. Hotel is not good value for money.

Nice to be right on the water. Lovely place to sunbathe and relax and swim. Food was pretty good.

Difficult to get a chair on some days. Should have been more options for shade. Hard to get waiter to come get an order for drinks. Wish there had been a strip of sand- was not clear on the website that there is NO SAND. You lower yourself into the sea from the hotel. this works fine, but not what I really wanted. There should have been transport to the beach, but no. The front desk staff was unbelievably unhelpful. they could not answer the most basic questions and it was like they didn't even bother to try.

Fantastic views and access to the Aegean. Short drive from the port. Great onsite restaurant with an enormous dinner buffet. Facilities are vast and generally in good repair. The spa was large and offered a comprehensive suite of services.

Check in took a long time. Room set up and pricing were not as per the Booking.com reservation, but it was worked out to our satisfaction.

The staff was not friendly! And they have rules that you can not bring any left over food into the hotel that we bought from outside restaurants. Also they will not recommend any other restaurants outside of the hotel. I have never been to a hotel, when I ask what restaurant do you recommend and the answer is “I cannot recommend any restaurant!”

Room, view and breakfast exceptional. Simply put there was a wedding that's the highest compliment in my opinion.

Nothing if you get a chance stay here its worth it.

they said this was the best hotel in kusadasi. the views were spectacular. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot. I also liked the Hammam and felt the prices there were good.

the staff was very reluctant to help recommend restaurants outside the property. They were insisting i eat in one of the many restaurants located in the hotel. only after insisting did they finally recommend one (it was really really good) the hotel rooms could use a renovation. its like a luxury hotel in the 90s. it needs a bit of a facelift now.

The location was great, the staff at the reception was exceptional and was ready to help with anything. Also enjoyed the awesome spa facilities

The road leading to the hotel was bumpy, dusty and under roadworks- really hope that this is sorted out to the earliest.

Location is good, a short 10 min walk to the city centre sea front. I paid for a sea view but there wasn't much to see as it was January when everything is closed off & looks old, rushy, etc I had a good balcony. The room was big. It had everything I needed for my stay since I was there only for dental work. My daughter joined me for 2 nights so I paid extra for her, and she used the sauna, pool & gym.

The bed dips in the middle due to use so they are not so comfortable though it's 2 beds joined. The place needs maintenance and updating I think.

Great location, great Facilities and so clean , my favorite parts were the Ira spa it was so nice and relaxing also they have a Starbucks ?❤️??

This hotel was a disappointment. Not value for money. Sure the view was great, but the room was atrocious. Mould in the bathroom and most likely too in the a/c too because once we turned it on, both my partner and I had reactions and had to take anti-histamines just to stop the inflammatory reaction. The furniture was old, stained and generally not kept up. One flat pillow, old linen and towels. The breakfast was okay, but even the 'hot food' was cold. Staff at the reception desk always seemed grumpy. Not sure if standards were dropped due to low season, but even then no excuse because we travelled all over Turkiye and this was the only hotel that had this.

we had a double room with a sea view and it was beautiful. it was a very clean hotel and the cleaners came to our room everyday...changed towels...changed sheets..stocked up tea and coffee. they were a very professional team. we had food and drinks sometimes in the lobby and it was excellent..it was a quick service with excellent food. we went to the restaurant every morning for breakfast.. i always got and omelette which was made for you. the variety of food at breakfast was excellent..probably the best i have had in Turkiye. The location of this hotel is fantastic ...situated just at the end of the marina so a nice walk to centrum. there is also a bus at the end of the road from the hotel if you don't want to walk.

1 thing... our bed was 2 beds pushed together and not 1 double bed.. we kept falling in the middle..

Great hotel with a lot of benefits; spa, sauna, pool, Starbucks, fish restaurant, etc… Very nice staff

Should have been cheaper for a stay in the middle of winter
