Friendly staff, nice beach

We stayed 4 nights, with dinners included, 2 of the dinners were exactly the same

I loved the sea view balcony, almost felt like floating in the sea, this was my main reason of booking this place, the heart warming smile from the manager every time we see her is just on another level.

Great view and property itself(feels liie a private sea house). Clean and comfortable rooms. Free parking available.

Breakfast was a served in sufficient amounts. However, it was a bit simple and repeated itself.

Close to beach great for daytime

It was one street behind the beach and there wasn’t anything to do at night would have been good if there were some restaurants open that were walking distance or bar stayed open longer

Good location but they will charge your for everything you ask for e.g. iron not very good customer service.

The property was good but everything else was disappointing. We ordered food late in the night and the staff said your not allowed to bring outside food in the hotel however, the cafeteria was closed. I also asked for an iron to iron my clothes, the worker showed me a list of prices to get ur clothes ironed and it was very very expensive.

It was excellent by everything, location, cleaning and the staff was amazing in all parts of hotel, the reception, the restaurant, the bar and the cleaning staff all were amazingly friendly and cooperating with any demand, I recommend it as an excellent choice for a vacation near the sea and amazing view.

Everything was very nice, smiling staff and very helpful, the room cleaned every day, everything was really nice, but the evening and evening were not good, thank you very much to the hotel staff ….

No English tea or food Wi-Fi was terrible I had to login every couple of hours I used my passport more times for Wi-Fi than in the airport

The hotel has an excellent view, it has both swimming pool and private beach. If you compare only for location then this place is value for money and that's the sole reason why hotel is not bothered on enhancing experience on customer service.Breakfast was quite lavish and hot breads were served.

The staff is very arrogant and not at all supportive. Whatever request you make , it will be rejected upfront. Minor facilities like water bottles ,hot water kettle, bell boy nothing is provided. When you reach this place it's like you are on your own. The money you pay is only for using the facility and nothing else. The rooms are dusty and the beds are very small. They charge for kids 5 years and above but do not provide any extra bedding. In the family room they have 2 rooms, living room and bed room. One split AC is provided in the bedroom while neither AC or Fan is available in the living room so it becomes very hot. Also as it's next to water bodies in the evening mosquitoes will attack and thus windows can't be kept open.

The breakfast was always the same , no milk, no cereal , nothing sweet to eat The sea was full of seaweed and theres alot of grass on the bottom of the seaThe dinner wasnt self serviced , very traditional meals it was exceptional but not worth the price

a few things didn’t work well: the toilet water flushing was partially broken (it kept running until I press it a few times), the drying rack was broken, the bed was squeaky
