Ada Newday Resort Hotel

This was the second of our journey through Turkey. If we could we would give it a 12 for value of money!! The cheapest but the same as all the rest wich were double the price of this and not as clean as this.

A bit tired and need of major restoration, but for the money very clean.

Our stay was pleasant overall. The hotel met expectations — the room was clean, the staff was polite, and the location was convenient. Nothing really stood out, but everything worked as it should. A good option for a short stay or a simple, hassle-free visit.

Room 518 had TERRIBLE to no WiFi at all

My Daughter and I spent 2 nights at Ada Newday. It was friendly and comfortable. It is very close to Ladies Beach in Kusadasi.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and trying to be helpful, though unexperienced. I asked them what the price of a taxi ride to the center would be, and they couldn't answer.

The hotel is near the sea, but view is hindered by other buildings. It is far from the city center, and there is nothing in the area. The breakfast was bland, most dishes were cold and obviously leftovers from the dinner last night.

Even if basic, room was confortable.

We have been there at the end of the season, as result breakfast was below any standard (you get something cold on the plate, not even possible to get fried eggs, nobody speaks English in the kitchen.

Deniz on reception was very helpful, with everything and her English was exceptional.

unfortunately I was in a wheelchair and the lifts were not working so I had to yous the service lift, but Deniz came with me and put my mind at ease as I was nervous in it.

The rooms where very spacious we asked for a sea view room and they accommodated this. The pool area was beautiful. The hamam steam room and sauna where great and Ferat very welcoming.

The gym was very out dated no free weights so not suitable for us. On the last night 3 buses full of school children arrived and they where running around the corridors screaming and shouting and knocking on doors. People come to relax not for chaos.

It was clean, room was spacious , it had a free Parking Space, but that’s about where the positives end.

While we had a “sea view,” it was more like a parking lot with some trees and a sea at background.The thin walls were incredibly frustrating, as you could hear every sound from the neighboring rooms, even the smallest noises, including from the bathroom.The breakfast(omg) it was the worst I’ve ever had, i couldn’t believe the fruits were rotten, the eggshells were dirty, and the coffee was awful. There wasn’t even a toaster for the bread. Definitely not recommended

Super awesome breakfast and great facilities. Nice location, proximal to pretty much everything.

The location is amazing: 2 min from Ladies beach, super close to the bus and taxi stations, plenty of ATMs nearby as well as grocery stores and restaurants. Overall you could walk through the whole beach in 15 min, so it’s really close to everything. Yet, it’s distant enough from all the noise. My room was spacious, the sea view was nice.The breakfast was not something incredible, but always had enough options to choose from.The pool is big and clean enough.

Let’s start by saying - that’s not a truly 4 star hotel.Everything is old, moldy and needs a refreshment. You won’t have a hair conditioner, body lotion or a filled in mini-bar - some basics you would expect from the 4-star level.Their cleaning approach is absolutely chaotic. There was never a vacuuming or bed sheets change. One day I’d get a cleaning even without a sign left out, another - I wouldn’t. One day I’d have 6 new towels, another - I’d have only 2. There were multiple days I was left without a toilet paper.The air conditioner is located very badly, there is no way you can keep it throughout a night.Most importantly - one day I got my very expensive and important ring missing. Not only I wasn’t taken seriously till I mentioned calling the police, I was also accused of allowing “men” to visit me.When the only person actually visiting me once throughout my stay was my mom which was staying at another hotel. She came by shortly during a day time to give me pills and some food, cause I had a terrible food poisoning (which I never even accused the hotel to be potentially responsible for). I wouldn’t allow even her visiting unannounced if I didn’t feel terrible, but I literally couldn’t leave my bathroom.However, I had issues with the toilet in my room couple of days before jewelry got missing, and requested someone to go check it, but not once the staff has mentioned that anyone but the cleaner was visiting my room, even though the cameras were checked as they say (and needless to say - the toilet was very much fixed, which I don’t believe could’ve been done by the cleaner).Instead they - and specifically their owner and management - insinuated that, as a solo female traveler, I’ve “invited men” to my room.The ring was mysteriously found the next day, after the whole room was checked multiple times everywhere by myself and reception staff.

When I arrived I was blown away. Parking for a vehicle with security. The very reception by the reception, entering the room, everything welcomed me as described here. Clean, tidy. The pool is outstanding. The beach is extremely close, about 150 m. I had breakfast paid for. What about breakfast, a buffet, and what else is missing from food? Excellent selection, over 40 foods on offer. For every taste. The first impression is a clear 10!

But, as the days pass, the shortcomings became apparent. The rooms were kept clean and there were new sheets every day. however, sometimes the towels were not changed, coffee and tea were not left next to the cooker, water for drinks was always left in the room in the first three days, after that not anymore, I even found the terrace messy on the penultimate day. So I had to ask the staff to deliver it all to me. The food for breakfast was also plentiful, but there was a lack of hot dogs, sausages that were always on offer during the previous days. Overall, this hotel could have received a clean 10 from me, but due to these shortcomings, I give it an 8. But in any case, I would visit this hotel again.

I've had the pleasure of staying at the ADA Newday Resort in Kusadasi for 11 days this September and I have to say the experience has been amazing, The Hotel facilities are excellent and the staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. A big thank you to both Selen and Denise who have gone out of there way to accommodate my working requirements for fast uninterrupted WiFi, as I've needed to work while here, and also my fussy requirements on Hotel Room view, which is exceptional as you can see from the images. The food is also excellent, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the pool and pool area are spotless and well maintained as is the whole hotel. If coming here, you must try the Turkish bath, sauna and steam rooms, they are excellent as well as the massage treatments, for as little as €30 for a full body massage... I couldn't recommend ADA Newday resort enough, even its location, right beside Ladies Beach which has a beautiful board walk, with excellent restaurants overlooking the beach and sea. Also it is only 5 minutes in a taxi from the Town Centre, €4 in a taxi. Perfect location for the perfect stay in Kusadasi. Will definitely be back

It’s not in the center and a little bit outside of Ladies beach that is festive…It’s a good place to stay, the food is good enough but not amazing I would say (we had only the breakfast).It’s clean and the staff is good.

It’s a bit old and « cheap » but it’s fin just to sleep in.

Quiet location, not much disturbance from all the restaurant laud music in the evening. Great sea view and no traffic in front of the windows.

Room bathrooms are old and smelly, definitely need fixing. Airconditioning is placed so that it blows directly to your head and you can not sleep with it without getting a cold. WiFi does not work in some rooms (but we were warned about it). Breakfast is not that variable and not that homemade, so staying the whole week was a bit of a challenge.

Really friendly staff and clean hotel. Very pleasant and definitely a place that we would like to come back! Very quiet, not crowded like in the other resorts so you can relax and enjoy holiday here.Also tasty breakfasts and good choice in the bar.
