If you are a beach lover this property is ideal for you. Located right on the beach and next to happening restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly.If you are on a stopover on a drive - I would suggest two nights here to enjoy the beaches.Good spread for breakfast and dinner which was included.

The lift is between two floors. You need to climb one flight of stairs to reach your room.

Well we had to pay another €100 on top of the price on arrival. The breakfast was terrible the next day we had our breakfast in another dinner

Location for restaurants, trips and beach is excellent, hotel staff are friendly and helpful, not all speak english but that is part of the fun, made easier by google translate.

Some noise by other guests leaving early some mornings, but that isn't anything to do with the hotel, its just a few inconsiderate people who have no thoughts for anyone else, but this was minimal.

Staff were quite unhelpful on various occasions. On one occasion we asked for a second key for my 88-year old mother's room so we can get in if we have to. They made all kinds of excuses and flat out lied about their inability to give out a second key. I know for a fact that they lied because on our last day there was a minor earthquake in the morning. Many people left their rooms in a rush and the staff had to issue second keys for them to get back into their rooms. Upon arrival, they assigned me to a room on the 5th floor. I went up there and the key was not working. I came back down and they supposedly fixed the key which still did not work. After the third or fourth time being up there and back, I flat out refused to go back up without one of them accompanying me. At that point, they assigned me to a different room.

The location was good, the food was acceptable. Rooms are well sized and clean. Responsive staff.

At the end of the season, maintenance is needed, the hotel could need a professional management system.

The food variety and quality was worse than last year, the toilets in the restaurant wasn’t clean. Decking area by the beach was full of hazards, uneven floors and rusty and broken stairs to the sea from the deck. Deck floor was usually dirty with cigarette butts.

The room was nice, bathroom was clean. The hotel is at the end of ladies beach which is a nice location with lots of restaurants.

The sun loungers on the deck are disgusting, they are rotting and old, did not feel comfortable sitting on them so we went to the beach everyday instead. The staff were very young girls and they weren’t very helpful. There is a terrible smell on the street where the hotel is in the mornings.

I used to like many of the things in this accommodation. They are listed as underneath.The personnel were really friendly and kind.The room I used to stay was comfy and clean.The restaurant was quite nice.The hotel is situated next to the beach and has a chance to swim by using the ladder.The breakfast and dinner were nice. I was able to find many of the hot and cold appetizers. Likely, the main dishes were quite tasty. ( meat, chicken, and cauliflower by a great assortment of grilled vegetables)For the ones who do not have dinner in the hotel, there are many restaurants and cafes around this area. The housekeepers were really helpful to ask for your needs during the whole day.

I wish that after the dinner what I had eaten, the waiters could not have charged for the beverages though the prices were really affordable.I wish the how water would have been leaked in the shower.

Absolutely clueless staff they just didn’t care asked for a double bed a month in advance when we reached the hotel we had twin bed asked if it could be changed the guy on reception said compromise for today we will change it tomorrow Asked about the bed the next day the man on reception goes which guy told you that how am I meant to know you are the one who works there dork you should know who was on shift yesterday Absolutely dirty rooms balcony was very dirty , No Iron in the entire hotel and such a rude way to say no was on hold for 5 mins even for this.Such a pity though nice location nice hotel if maintained properly but the staff has made it a hell maybe the owner just doesn’t care anymore Never again , avoid this pay another 100€ and pick a nice hotel this hotel will ruin your holiday

Hotel had its own entrance to the water which was great. Nothing else was good about this hotel.

Lots of stairs and no elevator access to the food area and rooms. Very dirty! Very unprofessional and unhelpful staff.

The only advantage of this hotel is that is on the water so you can go to the sea from the hotel property.

Staff are super unfriendly, unhelpful and they barely speak English. Their elevator stops in between floors which means you have to take about 9-12 steps before you can get to any elevators in the hotel starting in the lobby. You have to take luggages up to the elevator and then again once you go up you have to take it either up or down to get to your floor. We had a family reunion there so we paid for our 6 rooms back in July. I requested two rooms on the first floor since they emailed me to see if I have any special request. I told them we have two elderly grandmas with us and specifically requested first floor. Not only they didn’t give us rooms for them on the first floor they also were refusing to put them with one of the kids in the same floor. After a long argument they finally gave us a few rooms on the 6th floor. One of my brother was given a room on the 5th floor when he went up with his luggage his key wasn’t working so he couldn’t open his door. He came back to the lobby and they said they are reactivating it so he went back up and again it didn’t work. He tried it SIX TIEMS until they gave up and send them to the third floor!!! Unbelievable! They only provide one key card per room! The room number is also written on your key card. When we asked for two keys they refused saying their hotel is full and they have no extra keys! I told them we need extra keys at least for our mom’s room but they still refused. My two brothers were on the third floor. Their floor was smelling like sewage! Unbearable! The hotel is so dirty. The elevator door is so dirty as if it was never cleaned! The comforter on our room smelled so bad and had hair on it. It was obvious it hasn’t been washed. The closet was smelling. The raindrop shower head wasn’t working and the handheld shower had no place to hook it to. You had to hold it with one hand to wash yourself! My mom’s room, the shower head wasn’t even working! Her toilet flush wasn’t working either.

Location is ok, they changed towels every day. Massage center was great, excellent massage and Turkish bath.

It’s old and not clean. Restaurant for breakfast was very dirty, room was dirty, service is not the best.

The hotel location is very good, just is front of Lady beach. The minivan bus stop is 2minutes walk. The hotel room is quite big and staffs are friendly. The room service staffs are specially hard work and responsibility and helpful.The breakfast restaurant is nice and face to the sea.

It was right next to the best beach of Kusadasi with decent breakfast

Not so clean, air conditioner was too freaking loud and dripping all the the time, there was a frustrating problem in the door lock, it wouldn’t open for a long time which made us upset we went in, staff was helpful but grumpy all the time like we borrowed smth and refused to give it back, overall a mediocre experience and too expensive for the service they provided
