Everything was ok except wifi. Good room, good food, good pools.

Wifi was discontinued quite often. Staff speaks poor English. Sometime bartenders prepared very poor cocktails.

It was clean, food is good especially for the price.

The only real downside is the beach, which is all in stones and you cannot really walk to the water

There is plenty of different activities. Rooms were clean. Food was various. Slides and pools were fun. Nice parking is available and free and there is nice view from the rooms.

Beach is 3.5 km away with the car. They have shuttle bus but it’s every hour and it stops at 5. I’m person that likes to swim early in the morning and late at sunset when beaches are not to full, but that was hard here because nothing was accessible. I went with my car once to have a sunset swim and at my surprise they closed the beach and turned off water supply for showers. Also beach was full of rocks, and it’s almost impossible to enter water without water shoes or flip flops. So everything sea related except view from the room is 1 star. Also my room ac was not working properly and I did call front desk for help, they told me it’s central unit and it’s workin completely fine. And I’m sure it’s fine for a lot of people but I’m not used to sleeping in the room at 23-24 degrees and sometimes even higher. Also what else I didn’t like is that everything is time restricted. You want towels okay there is 2-3 hours windows in the morning and afternoon. You want to go on slides okay it’s from 10:30 to 12:30 and then again 1:30 to 5. You want to swim in the pool it closes at 5 sometimes 6. And so on so on.

There were several pools, temp was good after initial shock. The kids pool was brilliant and the slides were enjoyed by all. There was food available all day from 7am to 6am. You really couldn't ask for anything more. There was ice cream parlor, pizza place, sit down restaurants, all in addition to the buffet. The staff is excellent, all smiles and good service. Excellent English too. The hotel itself is impressive, all the chaps selling the trips were very lovely too, good prices and not at all pushy. All very friendly and a relaxing trip. 16 of us travelled, no problem getting lounges together, we'll be going back.

Because it was my wife’s birthday I decided to pay for A La Carte which was expensive. ( if I hah been staying for seven days or more it would have been free) The food was cold and the restaurant was over run with cats. I complained to the waiter and thereafter I was totally ignored. It did not soil my break but I would not go for A La Carte again. The food in the main restaurant was of better quality.

Beautiful place nice food great staff

No nice beach nearby. Bar was open 24 hours. It would be better if it closed at 2. Cats can be a bit of a nuisance in the restaurant.

The variety of food was great!

This was more of a family resort with a focus on children. I did not expect loud kid music in the evening.

I am very grateful for the excellent service provided to my elderly parents, especially my mother. The hotel staff are exceptionally kind and genuinely make my parents feel at home, offering assistance whenever needed. As a result, my parents always want to return to this hotel, as they truly appreciate the care and support they receive. Thank you to all the staff — especially Harun at reception and Yunus, the manager — for the high quality of care and professionalism you consistently provide. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel enough; everyone should experience a stay here.

The all-inclusive package was wonderful and not having to worry about any additional expenses was peace of mind. The staff were wonderful and friendly and very helpful.

I had booked a twin room with a see view and we didn't get that.

The customer service at this hotel was exceptional. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude, especially to Harun at reception for his warm and professional assistance, and to Yunus, the hotel manager, for ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay. Their dedication and hospitality truly made a difference.

Good hotel but visited end of March and many things were not open. Could not get a drink by the pool without going indoors and up a flight of stairs to the lobby bar and no waiter service to accommodate this.Rooms clean and tidy, minibar stocked with water and soft drinks on arrival.Food generally good lots of choice and friendly helpful restaurant staff.

No pool bar was open, this affected the sitting out for us. Lobby bar become too busy.Was told no table service but locals next to us had it.Day after there was table service.Rooms were way to hot. Aircon wasn't working as its March but still needs condideration for guests who expect it its advertised so should be available.Drinks we're ok, but some mixers were poor. Please change the tonic we went out and bough our own.Some staff need a little training on making cocktails correctly. I travel around the world regularly and was told that's not right when I asked for an Aperol the Italian way.Lighting in bathroom a bit dark for shaving for my husband.

Rooms check-in was faster. All inclusive concept is amazing. Pools were clean and food was good.Suggestions: Please add biryani rice in your all inclusive menu.

Beautiful hotel with nice dining options , always sunbeds available round the pool.

There was an issue at check in which couldnt be resolved, there was lack of empathy with the staff member who checked me in and was constantly talking over me, the booking was in my name and my friend was checking in before me due to my flight getting in later, I communicated with the hotel in advance to advise of this and I was assured that it wouldn't be a problem and that check in with my friend would be allowed earlier than myself and had emails to prove the conversation, but the Man who checked me in wouldn't believe me.This was upsetting and un necessary

Pools were clean plenty of loungers. I don't think it's fair to comment on the food as it is due to close and choice was not as good, the staff were very helpful and the rooms clean and comfortable

Extra sound proofing would be a good thing as it can be noisy

I didn’t like the amount of cats and the lack of warning of the can’t sanctuary before we came.

I have to say, the reviews I read before our stay were quite accurate, and our overall experience was positive. This was our first all-inclusive stay, and considering the fact that Turkey attracts tourists from all over the region, the management is doing a great job in running the hotel. We enjoyed our time there, and the staff were organized and efficient. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the restaurant staff were always on top of things, promptly cleaning tables and preparing for the next guests.We stayed for about nine days, and while the food options did become a bit repetitive after a while, the variety available ensured that we could still find something enjoyable to eat. I especially appreciated the helpfulness of the guest relations desk. Two families in our group had flight cancellations and arrived late, well after dinner service had ended. The Guest Relations went above and beyond, working with the chef to save some food for them, which was greatly appreciated. Now for a few areas of improvement: the bathrooms could have been cleaner and are due for some updating. It would also be helpful if there were more frequent transportation options to downtown. We later discovered the mini-buses (Dolmus), which were a cost-effective way to get there, but having this information upfront or a more direct shuttle service would have been ideal.All in all, while there is room for some improvements, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel.
