Very friendly staff. Great location for restaurants and the promenade is directly in front of the hotel. The breakfast each morning was lovely!

It is a little dated, but not a problem.

Location and view

The pillows were lumpy and small. The front door lock did not work from the inside. The safe was broken. It was supposed to be replaced but wasn’t. There were no drinking glasses in the suite. The noise from the restaurant above us was unbearable, with furniture being dragged across the hard floor, starting at 7:15 in the morning. We filled the bath and the water was filthy, with a large amount of grit and dirt. Considering that this is the beginning of the holiday season the suite was tired looking, with skirting boards falling off the walls and very marked furniture. We were very disappointed with the size of the balconies. It was a tight squeeze to get two people on a balcony. Although there were over 100 channels on the TV there were no western music channels and only one channel (news) in English. It was very noisy at night from the restaurant at street level.

It was very good. Nice location, staff and accommodation.

Probably there is thin walls which means a bit more noise from adjacent rooms

Wonderful! Every room has a balcony with an ocean view. Great location in the center of Kusadasi convenient to the local bars and restaurants. Cleaning is immaculate. Service is top standard and it’s an affordable hotel. Kettles in the room! We absolutely loved it here!!

Shocking room. Paid for a full sea view room, was given a side view room, with no refund for the downgraded cheaper room. Bedroom was tiny. Bathroom in bad condition with leaking shower and a shut off valve adjacent to the toilet

Nice hotel situated straight across from a small beach. 5 minute walk to main shopping strip, 1 min walk to 1st pub and restaurant .Staff are very pleasant, language barrier may be a problem as only about 3-4 understood English, I personally had no issues, there pool is small and not really used as in shade all the time but it looks clean but cold. Breakfast is continental which was grand but basic.I only had a toasted sandwich another time and it was nice. Requested late checkout and was reasonably accommodated. Rooms are clean , safe, big bed, Small balcony , good shower, socket close to bed, fridge was stocked with 2 water when I arrived at 12.14am so really appreciated. I would recommend this hotel as basic,clean good location, good price for 6 days.

Needs a small bit of maintenance, painting walls in rooms, my walls were scuffed ( wasn't a big deal for me but others might) base on shower was loose so had to readjust, smell of mustiness from bathroom but a hotel this size must be hard to maintain anyway, Nothing else affected me personally.

Our second stay here as we were travelling to and from Samos. Really friendly staff on reception and to those who promptly answered my many emails!The rooms are as described; basic but very clean, comfortable and all with a seaview and balcony. There is a pool which we didn't have time to use on either of our visits.

Yes there is a nightclub next door which can't be helped and which does mean there is noise. But once you close your balcony door and put the Aircon on, it's tolerable! This time we had breakfast which was ok. The only let down was the juice which isn't juice but incredibly sweet and quite unpalatable 'juice'. Otherwise great experience and great value for money.

Location in central kusadasi, nice walks, short distance to cruise port. Nice cold pool. Breakfast and dinner were good.

Loud music playing at bar downstairs until after 1am each night. Dinner selection of warm items could be improved. Beds a little hard.

The location was the only good thing about this hotel

The staff are extremely rude and very unhelpful except the cleaning staff are great, wi fi doesn’t work in bedrooms only at the pool, there is 10 loungers very small amount and even when people put towels on there lounger they are allowed leave hotel and keep there towel on a lounger until they are back in the evening it’s a nightmare there towel should be removed for other people to lie down, I paid for a suite that was tiny and nothing like the photos and located over a very loud music bar, bar staff sign says no food allowed in hotel from outside that food is served 24/7 which is a lie can’t even get a sandwich during the day, reception staff are so rude and not just one of them all of them they just want to sit at pool smoking all day don’t want to help anyone when asked questions, this hotel in all my years of travelling is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in

Lovely location, central to shops and beach across the road, room 301 had direct view to beach with balcony.

The Hotel is located very centrally and rooms have sea view. Very good quality and variety of food for breakfast and dinner..

Some of the receptionists did not speak English well, but they were nevertheless very friendly and helpful.

Everything is great, clean, comfortable , quiet staff are friendly , pool, location you couldn't ask for more and for 70 euro a night it is great value for money , I have stayed there twice in the last month for a couple of days at a time , I highly recommend this Hotel , I will stay there everytime we come to Kusadasi.

The bed only had one sheet on the bottom , we like a sheet top and bottom and the did this for us , no problem for them .

Very clean comfortable great location, I couldnt have ask for a better place to stay excellent value for money .

There is nothing I didn't like .

Great location, staff were exceptional so helpful they went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. Parking was scarce so they let us park the car at the door the they waited for a park across the road to become available and parked the car for us, the staff in the restaurant were so attentive they made sure we had everything we needed toasted our bread and brought us tea in the morning.

The room was a bit old, door to the bathroom was tricky and toilet seat was broken.

Seafront and comfortable rooms.

No parking. We were there at Bayram so Kusadasi was rammed. We parked up the street with others but was removed to the compound m. 950 tl to retrieve. But only 15 mins from discovering it gone to collection. Thanks to the hotel for taking us there and sorting it.

The location was perfect!

The bathroom door was not closing properly.The breakfast was the same everyday and not many options, the coffee was not the best.The water in the shower was not warm, you had to wait a lot until was coming a but warm.

i bought sea view room but they try to put me in room with view only balcony. after i recognized they changed it but i should recieve directly

Great location. Comfortable and clean rooms. lovely to have a balcony. Helpful staff. We got good restaurant recommendations.
