Amazing staff, clean, good breakfast

Excellent location in Ioannina, walking distance through the town to the lake. Nice large room with excellent shower. Very nice hosts, helped with the parking and advice for dinner and getting around

Breakfast was big and plentiful but a bit of a waste for us

I like the Atmosphäre. The Breakfast. The Place near the old town and parking in a separate area of a public parking 250 m away. So no trouble with searching.

Everything was fantastic. The position 10, cleanes 10, staff service was wonderful, polite and so helpful.

It was a little bit hot and must change the air conditioner. Simply suggest.

The location was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big enough equipped with the facilities. Everything was clean and well maintained. They provided the parking for the car.

The facility is great, the breakfast outstanding, but above everything the staff. They were always with a smile and making us feel very well cared for. The location is very good, walking distance to many places to eat, the castle and museums.

I didn’t find anything to dislike.

The stuff is exceptional! The hotel is great, very modern and has a cozy interior. The a/c perfect, toilet very functional, the automatic blinds on windows... All very pretty and comfy!

We enjoyed the “home alike” ambience and especially the staff , Ifigenia was amazing and helped us a lot during our stay giving us tips. We are thankful that we had free parking in a garage nearby. The bed is comfy .

The lighting in the room is very low and I understand that it’s meant to keep a cozy vibe but it would be more useful to have more light .

Clean and spacious room. Very polite staff and willing to help with any requires. They also let us park the car in front of the hotel after we checked out.

The facilities are modern. The breakfast was plentiful and varied each day. All the staff were excellent at all times. They were wonderful organising day trips for me with great tour guide. I can’t recommend this hotel more highly. They made my visit to Ioannina a highlight of all my travels. Thank you for your kindness and attention to detail. Would 100% stay there again.

Very comfortable room. Brand new furniture and modern shower room. Good quality linen and friendly stuff.

Overpriced for what they offered. There is no sitting area. The filtered coffee at breakfast was terrible and all special coffees (espresso, cappuccino etc) were charged extra. For the three days we stayed, the toiletries were not renewed and on the last day we struggled to drain the shower gel and the body lotion.

The staff was very kind and would do everything to please guest, hotel has option to park a car in a nearby garage, some meals of breakfest were very tasty - really exceptional

The queen bed in our room was quite narrow (I assume 140cm, maximum 160), in room you could hear quite alot of noise from other rooms and from corridor

Little selection at breakfast time for a 4-star hotel, needs revision. Awful bed structure especially the thin mattress and pillows which made me have a stiff neck two days in a row and not have proper sleep, which shouldn't be the case for that price/night advertised.

The location was very good-at the Ioannina city centre. All the staff was very friendy and helpful and the room was clean and spacious.

The hotel's entrance can only be reached by a (small) flight of stairs without a provision for people with mobility problems. As I had an injured knee during my stay I would have appreciated the existence of a ramp.The lighting in the room was not adequate to say the least: I could not even see to apply make up properly (and that was during the day as well). There was a broken chair in my room which they have changed right away when I mentioned it but from a 4 star boutique hotel I would have expected a better care of the rooms. Finally, it is stated in the hotel's advertisement at Booking that there is a 24h reception. This is partially true as the hotel locks its door at 12 o'clock and you have to ring a bell to enter. There is a person available for help after 12 but officially the reception as well as the lobby is closed.

An excellent and very beautiful hotel with excellent staff, no complaints about the facilities.

The way breakfast is managed is problematic. Quality and quantity are of a high standard, but should be treated differently. The hotel is excellent and the breakfast management is the only weak point.
