The rooms were large and the patio outside the hotel was very nice. Breakfast was delicious.

Everything! The location is perfect, has free parking in the Castle area that gives peace of mind The rooms are spacious and very nice - although the hotel opened 10 years ago everything looks new. The breakfast is excellent. The staff - Dimitris was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. To make it short - I would not go everywhere else when visiting Ioannina

Everything! The staff were so nice and helpful. The rooms were impeccable and so clean with every detail designed for your comfort. The location behind the castle walls makes it easily walkable to the lake and several restaurants. The breakfast had many choices and made to order eggs. They could easily accommdate a gluten free diet. The beds were very comfortable with pillow choices. Parking was available on the street and down the street at a special area owned by the hotel. The lighting and security was great. The staff was always accessible. This is a great family run establishment.

Well situated, a stone's throw fron the tomb of Ali Pasha, this is a charming boutique hotel. It's very quiet, and yet also closr to the action of the town outside the citadel. The room we had was big and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast home-made, varied and delicious. We just stayed one night on our way through, but Ioannina merits more time, and this is the place we'll come to for our next.stay!

Driving past the forbidden signs is scary, as are the narrow streers in the citadel. Our room was only accessible by stairs - fine by us - but check if you have mobility issues.

Exceptional location within the fortress and near the lake. Everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good! Definitely recommended.

It was a bit noisy outside in the late evening, but nothing too disturbing. We were a bit late with the check-in, so we couldn't get a parking space in front of the entrance. Still, there was a parking provided, 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

The staff shared all great information on what to do during our trip. The breakfast was excellent

If you are on the higher floor you need to bring up your luggage and there’s no elevator. Nothing too serious anyway.

staff was very helpful with suggestions to walk around and see the main attractions in a very few time we had. Breakfast was A M A Z I N G. They can happily prepare for you great cappuccino, fresh eggs as you like them, and freesh local yougurt with honey, on top of different home made cakes etc.. healty cereal if you prefer etc.. the room was stunning, bathroom too and great soap, conditioner and shampoo. Really an amazing place, in full historica center

the stuff was friendly, polite and efficient. the location was unique, inside the old city, next to the castle and close to the center and to the lake.parking for hotel guests is free, although not exactly in front of the hotel.A spacious and well equipped room

driving within the old city is a major problem.accessibilities pool, since there are no elevators, so handicapped people cannot enjoy the hotel. The staff is ready to help in carrying baggage along the stairs to the room.

Excellent location. Quiet area. Bedding Colours in the room. Yard and tables are unique if weather helps you staying out. Parking area available for guest is a big plus for the property. Polite personnel

the best small hotel I've been to. a very pleasant surprise! Very tastefully decorated, everything seems new. The rooms are spacious, with everything you need. The location is in the heart of the old town, everything is within easy reach. If you come by car, don't be afraid of the narrow streets, follow the simple instructions and you will find it easily. The breakfast is excellent. We were all charmed

Very nice and cosy place, friendly staff.We would definitely like to book it again while visiting Kale.It's worth staying in Kale for a few days at least. The room was clean & spacious, with nice interior. In general, the hotel is also located in the old centre near the castle .Breakfast was great and included some homemade local diesserts.

Incredible location; at the heart of the city everything within walking distance. Super friendly staff; spotless cleaning (allergic to dust myself, not a single sneeze!)

Exceptional product and service. Small cute property, a nicely remodelled ex-house / mansion with a local character at the centre of the old city, with attention to details in both the product (building, rooms and breakfast area by the lobby) and the service. We stayed at a superior room, in October '24, which was spacious, functional, elegant. Even when I faced a problem at the room, the response by Sissy was prompt, professional and courteous. So is the service at breakfast, which uses local products of high quality. The location and the parking area close by offered, are great features. Overall a short stay that left great impressions. We ll be back.

If you go by car there is a bit difficult to navigate in the area within the fortress walls. But the staff was very helpful.
