Cons -
- The place has many stairs that you have to carry your suitcase.
- Nothing comes to memory that I did not like.
- Parking spot assigned to us was a little tight with the size of our car Would have appreciated being able to make the room temperature even colder than was possible.

Amazing decorations, beautiful spaces and rooms in the style of the old town.

A wonderful boutique hotel in a restored mansion not far from the lake. The hotel itself and enticing room were nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable. Great staff and very accommodating. Breakfast was fresh with many options. Good WiFi. Free parking was available in a garage across the street.
First, the staff was amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The parking situation is great. Your own spot in a garage steps from the hotel. The hotel itself was very picturesque. Beautiful stone with luxurious surroundings and design. It is a good location, we were able to walk to all the sights. It exceeded our expectations.
The atmosphere in the hotel is fantastic. Attitude of the staff is friendly and professional. The parking is a big plus for passengers, travelling by car=
Very charming hotel. Attractive room, attentive staff. Great breakfast.
We were on the top floor so an elevator would have been nice.
great historical place to stay - we loved our romantic room and the amazing breakfast. Staff were super helpful in organizing taxis and providing information about town. We didn't use the spa, so cannot opine about it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
everything was great!
Excellent service and the staff went over board to serve us in a very friendly and polite manner. They helped us hire a car and gave us plenty of advice for sightseeing. Breakfast was freshly made with a good variety of choice. The bathroom was luxurious. Unfortunately we found our room, which had a fireplace, to be quite cluttered. Thus it left no space for a second suitcase which had to be put on an armchair.
The room was amazing. Everything was perfect. Lovely shower ,nice and comfortable bed and a very pleasant smell in the room. The gentleman at the entrance was helping us with our suitcases and explained everything to us. Parking is great and safe. For someone like us that hired a car and parking was a must Kamares hotel is the perfect place. About the breakfast, we did not include it so i can not say anything about it.
Nothing at all!
