The facilities. It's probably nice place to stay during summer

The rom was freezing and it took 2-3 hours to get warm. the whole hotel was not warm. No heat turned on

Attention to detail: cleanliness, comfortable beds, spacious room, friendliness of staff, great breakfast, classy environment, immediate hot water in bathrooms, fast elevator, decor (lounge areas like home living room).

Rooms could be brighter with lighter colour curtains.

Breakfast was great, all rooms were fantastic, and we enjoyed our private pool and main pool. Gentleman checking us in was fantastic so hospitable and welcoming!

the SPA staff is not nice with not penitence during the last hour of service . they let you feel you disturb their wish to leave on time and close the pool.

The location is very nice by the lake with a nice walkng lane towards the Center and Castle. Breakfast has veey good variety of choices. P.S. I had a small accident outside the hotel, but the hotel staff was very helpful with everything they could've supported to make the stay easier.

Best location, plenty of parking. Amazing view of the lake from our room. Excellent service. Very large comfortable room. We were impressed with the hotel decoration. The breakfast had plenty of choice but disappointingly the fried eggs, bacon and sausages were not freshly cooked and were thus cold. A gym would be an asset considering there is a wellness, fitness centre. We enjoyed the use of the spa. However,my wife wanted an hour massage session and was told they only had half an hour which we found expensive as it was way more than half the price of an hours session. €55 for half an hour or €75 for an hour.

Noise from speakers playing music in courtyard outside pool at 5.30am which woke me although when I called reception to complain, they rectified the issue within 5 minutes.

I booked a night with my husband, very beautiful hotel. Friendly staff, beautiful clean rooms , towels , toiletries Apivita were amazing. Spa facilities very clean and well presented. A big shout out for the perfect and delicious breakfast 10/10!!!! Highly recommended.

The hotel is at a convenient location, at a walking distance from the city centre. The rooms are luxurious, tastefully decorated and offer a magnificent view to the lake. The breakfast is exceptional.

Classic luxury hotel, beautifully decorated, rich breakfast, fine dining, lovely view to the lake. Walkable distance to the castle and old town. (20 min)

Expensive so at least the use of the SPA (indoor pool, sauna etc) should be included in the rate. Also at the time of my booking it confirmed outdoor pool to be open in OCT, instead it wasn't. Two cups of tea euro 24? Also would be nice to have more "A la carte" options and bigger variety of sweets for afternoon tea / coffee.

Very nice location. Staff very gentle and helpful. Room nice and big. The room we had was big, very clean, with a nice terrace, lake view.The hotel is a quite elegant one but, in our room, some modernisation would not be bad. The shower made noise when having bath, the faucet tap in the bathroom needs replacement. Breakfast is very good. It's difficult to decide what to eat since there is a very wide choice and one can difficulty taste everything.

No covered parking. No charging for EV. Our building wasn't yet renovated (but will be in the short future as I understood). As other guests mentionned it's a bit of a lottery in terms of room size and location.We got very lucky and enjoyed a spacious corner room with lake view. Pool is a plus, but as they accept outside guests.. It gets crowded during hot days, hotel clients might not find a spot easily.
