Ann was excellent. She assisted us through messages about what stop to get off, because we came by bus. She was extremely helpful with things to do and where to eat. Thank you Ann your help was greatly appreciated Our room was on the top floor and had an amazing view of the monasteries and mountains.The breakfast had good variety.

We had a tub with a shower wand which took some getting used too. I personally would prefer the wand attached to the wall and maybe a partial wall so the water did not splash onto the floor .

Transparent bathroom/shower. Maybe I'm too old-fashioned but it brings some discomfort and awkwardness. However, it could be easily fixed by replacing transparent walls and doors with foggy/blurred ones

Excellent location and very helpful staff... They catered for one of our party who is gluten intolerant... Generous breakfast... Receptionist gave us great tips on visiting the area. They also offered to send us by post an item that was left behind.

Fantastic hotel, very comfortable bed and room temperature. The room was clean and modern. Very friendly staff, the receptionist gave us recommendation for a nice hike.

Breakfast - needs a different variety everyday, please.Can the electric current in the room, only shut down after a few secs? cos it's too dark to open the door with key from inside.

A glass wall in the shower had 2 main cracks which made me nervous in case it broke It would’ve been very dangerous

The hotel is located in one of the main road of Kalambaca with lot of bar and restaurants in the surroundings, it is in a strategic position to visit all the meteora and monasteries. The rooms are quite cozy and very clean at an excellent quality-price ratio. The staff is very kind and willing to provide you with all the information you need.

Very nice hotel to visit Meteora. I spent two nights and everything went great, the breakfast was good and the people at reception was very friendly.

Spacious room, newly renovated and right on the main street of the town. Great value for money.
