great views, big rooms, the location is convenient, assuming you have a car.

Pool area is beautiful. Breakfast was good. Nice location close enough to sites.

Air conditioning could have been better in room.

The hotel staff were great: friendly and informative. We stayed for 4 nights over the New Year-Epiphany holidays. This is a busy time, but the hotel handled things well.

It is a family-run business wishing to be a monastery itself . Which it works somehow. Huge, austere, communal cavernous room with not much heating, breakfast ok for huge groups but not not god enough for a four star. In most places they forgot about furnishing. You may find something cozier in the area.

The views are spectacular!

The breakfast was very poor. No sausages, no bacon, no fried eggs. Very limited bread options!

Amazing view of the Meteora Mountains, staff was very friendly and helpful. There is an amazing outside pool which is currently closed but probably amazing once it will be warmer again.

It’s not the properties fault but one of the elevators broke down so it was a bit inconvenient because of the cold weather to reach our room through a short path around the building. The room was great I just wish there was a small book with relevant information such as breakfast time, relevant phone numbers, things to do in the area, menu for room service and WiFi password. We wanted to order room service but we were told that there was a big group that checked in and requested food which was more important to the hotel. We were told that if we wanted to order room service it would take almost two hours. This also impacted the breakfast buffet, which was pretty much empty. I purposefully payed extra for the breakfast option only to arrive to an empty buffet.I am disappointed since we did expect more for the price that we payed.

Location and view were absolutely lovely. It's a quiet and peaceful area, perfect for relaxing. The room was spacious, and the balcony was cozy with a beautiful view of the mountains

The Wi-Fi connection was quite poor, which made it difficult to stay connected or be connected at all. Our complaint wasn’t handled effectively by the staff and just next day we got proper internet access. Additionally, we noticed hair on the floor upon arrival, what was rather annoying.

The room was spacious for a family of 4. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Breakfast was very good.

Nothing I can think of

The view out of our terrace was breathtaking! The suit was so spacious that we didn’t even use the living room lol - the bedroom with terrace and hallway gave us all the space we could use. Staff was exceptional! Restaurant menu was great!

Excellent breakfast! But breakfast coffee was bad. Coffee from the machine was better.

I had to remind twice on reception that I requested a cod in my room, because they forgot.

The hotel is absolutely amazing! The views are rare! Wonderfull pull, great breakfast, nice people, relaxing atmosphere, everything was gorgoeus!!! We loved every minute there. A couple with 3 kids. Will be back for sure!

I liked Everything. The location, the rooms, the complex, the pool, the food, the staff, the beds, the VIEWS!everything was SPOTLESS clean, and new, and shiny. One of the best vacay experiences!

The only thing I didn't like was that my stay here had to end so soon.

Breakfast buffet was so-so.

This family run hotel is very close to Meteora. Having a pool was key after a hot day of visiting the monasteries. The bar service to the pool was great. Dinner was delicious with many well made traditional dishes. Breakfast was fantastic with a large variety of food. You get a nice sunrise at the pool which was a bonus. The best part was the staff, especially Irini. Everyone there is super friendly.

The view is truly unbeatable. Being able to sit poolside and take in the majestic mountains is quite a treat. All the staff was quite kind as well.

The internet didn’t work well. My room didn’t even have internet so I had to connect to either the pool wifi or another room’s wifi.

The view is absolutely gorgeous and the pool to enjoy the view made it even better! The staff was very nice and the beds were comfortable. Beautiful place to rest for a night.

We booked a family room that had two sectioned rooms and one of them the air conditioning did not work, and the electrical outlets on the whole wall with the TV and coffee did not work. Only gave two little waters in the room during summer and was charged money for additional water. Wasn't the greatest value for money.

The hotel was amazing - superb location with view, rooms were spacious with brand new bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Highly recommended!

The hotel is not walking distance from the main town but it's totally worth it for the view!

The food was okay, nothing amazing.
