very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice for an older hotel. great complimentary breakfast. Amazing view of Meteora from the garden and rooms with a view.

Older hotel, so somethings are dated and the beds were extremely firm.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and we loved the view. The room was comfortable, the AC worked well, and the breakfast was plentiful.

There were many places throughout the room that could have been cleaner and the furnishings, although beautiful, were not particularly well-maintained.

Too much mosquito and nothing from hotel. Shover hose was bad loosing to much water to everywhere. Espresso machine was nor working and they charged for eGrrek coffee and espresso.

The highlights of staying at this hotel are the view (we had Meteora panoramic view) and the breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and hospitable as well.

Location….Location…,Breathe taking views on the mountains!!!! Breakfast was made from local products, great variety of choice. Parking available. Nice outside area.

The view, the scenery and the overall surroundings were just breathtaking. The decor and the atmosphere of the hotel were wonderful. The staff was very helpful and hospitable! The hotel offers a very nice breakfast with delicious local products. In the evening, you can enjoy a nice glass of locally produced wine by the fire. It was an amazing experience!

There wasn't anything we didn't enjoy. Everything was perfect!

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The view and location were absolutely amazing with one of the hiking trails directly behind the hotel. The room was comfortable and breakfast was exceptional with local options available.

Food was really nice. homemade, the morning staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was good.

The view was different from what i booked. There is a very big tree blocking 80% of the view from the window. I booked panoramic...I asked the staff to change my room but they said there is no other room available when the same room type still shows available for sell that night in booking.com

Hotel Doupiani was a great location for our Meteora visit. We booked a room with the panoramic view and a balcony and it was well worth it. The views were stunning. The hotel offers onsite parking which was important to us since we had a rental car. The lobby area looked beautiful with holiday decorations. Breakfast had very good offerings and there is a nice view from the seating area. Their spanakopita was excellent and there was a lentil dish that I liked so much that I plan to try and make it myself. There were also eggs, meat and baked goods and other items available. The staff was very helpful and pointed out where everything was the first morning. There are great restaurants nearby in Kalabaka. We ate at Valia Calda both nights because it was that good! The mushroom orzo was my fave. Take a short trip over to Trikala for their Christmas festival "Mill of the Elves' if you are there around the holidays.

The hairdryer is the variety that is attached to the wall and you have to hold the button down to operate it. I always find these cumbersome to use.

Exceptional location with a view so beautiful that I just spent hours lazing on the balcony. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast with lots of local products and the best yogurt I had in Greece so far.

Bathroom could be a little better.

Location was excellent. So close to meteora. The breakfast was as delicious as all the staff were super nice. And great view from the balcony.

The showers were awkwardly placed. And water would get all over the bathroom. The rooms were quiet dates, but comfy.

The design is incredible. I felt like royalty in the lobby and on the veranda.

I'm not sure how a hotel with such poor soundproofing can have as good of reviews as this hotel has. We could hear the children in a room a floor below and a room over as if they were inside the room with us. I might think it was poor parenting, but this actually happened with two different families over the two nights. Even wearing my ear plugs, I was keot awake until nearly midnight and awakened at 6 am. The kids kept me from sleeping and the construction noise kept me from enjoying all but an hour or so of the day before the sunset. I regret choosing this hotel.

Everything was great!

The room had an amazing view of the Meteora. Walking to the center of Kastriki for dinner was easy easy and pleasant. By the way, I would recommend Taverna Bakaliarakia for dinner.

The breakfast was a little uninteresting, way better than what you might find in the USA, but not quite as good as other experiences we had in Greece.
