We are very happy with room size, location and free parking

Clean, friendly, spacious, good breakfast.

Mike helped us to settle into a new room when plumbing failed in first room. Staff were great as was lounge and location. Rooms may benefit from some updating.

The staff were very kind and helpful. It was very clean and the view from the room was also really nice.

The only thing missing in the room for me, was the kettle.

The room was very clean and the towels were changed daily.

The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and making noises. The hairdryer almost got my hair burnt. The fridge in the room was empty.

During our one-night stay, we could not notice any defects. It is worth booking accommodation there.

Friendly reception staff. Hotel has nice location and has very beautiful view to the rocks.

No soundproof at all, we could hear all the noices from other rooms and from the corridor. Hotel is already quite out-dated, needs some up-dating and fresh-up.

The staff was lovely with us. They did all the could to be welcoming a help us. They gave us recommandation about the visits, etc.Thanks We also liked finding free bottle of water in the room.

Swimming pool a bit cold, the pool bar abandoned,The hotel should be better maintained. We had a problem of hot water, the fridge didn't work, and there was a little water leekage at the heater.The staff did the necessary to fix it as quickly as possible, but this should not happen in a correctly maintained hotel.

when you visit here in summer time, their air conditioning is not that good.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel has its own large parking lot.Very kind and helpful staff at the front desk, willing to answer any questions and assist in exploring the city.

This hotel was perfect for a trip to Meteora monasteries, free parking, close to everything, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was big, breakfast was very good. We were with a dog, which was welcomed very warmly. We had to pay 12€/night for the dog, but it was written that there might be a fee for it, so not surprised.

BREAKFAST COULD HAVE BEEN MORE COPLETE. I.E.THERE WAS NO GREEK WHITE CHEESE FETA BOTH MORNINGS WE STAYED THERE.

The concierge is very helpful. Continental buffet breakfast is rich. Friendly waiter. Coffee with milk from the machine is perfect! Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping places.

Bed is quite hard for me but not for my husband, so it’s a matter of preference, not really a big deal. I’d suggest for blankets in the room closet to be sterilized and kept in plastic so it won’t be dusty. Limited hotel parking space, but could easily find street parking.

Everything. We did enjoyed our stay even my mum is in senior age and she did feels comfortable with everything ?, so everything where superb ! We had our stay with our two little dogs ? the hotel are welcome for pets we are so so happy for it as my mum wouldn’t go anywhere without her little paw friends ?
