Friendly staff

We had a top floor. The sloping roof was a bit annoying. Kind af a cramped set up/design. But all in all OK.Bathroom drain was weird (didn't drain properly in the shower)

very friendly staff, room was upgraded free of charge, convenient, 1 minutes from the motorway. excellent breakfast.

hotel is at a very busy and noisy street, you couldn't leave the windows open if you wanted to be able to sleep and no airco. bed was uncomfortable.

Rooms were large and it was clean.

The rooms are right next to a busy street, there is no air con so we had to open the windows and the noise from cars would always wake us and our baby up. We were woken at 8am by concrete excavators removing part of the road. We weren't given any wifi details and only in the morning were given the card with wifi pw on it. The woman at the breakfast in the morning was unpleasant, and appeared irritated that I asked for coffee not from the pot on the table. There is no elevators so be aware with this if you have a young baby or child. There was a lot of back and forrth carrying strollers up and down stairs.

The dinner options were excellent and the breakfast was complete and very tasty.

I wish there was an elevator to the third floor room we had.

The staff were friendly and the room itself was clean and comfortable. It was bigger than we expected. Parking was also close-by. The breakfast was also good. It's a dog friendly establishment, which was great for us.

Nothing, really. For one night, it served our purposes.

There was no reception desk. We arrived at 7pm and no one was working. It was really an odd layout and the rooms are all like apartments with different entrances none of which lead to the main restaurant (which was closed). The whole place was really creepy and I didn’t feel safe.

The location is very good, on the main street with a big parking place (very important if you are travelling by car). The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was very good and the coffee from the bar was excellent!

Everything was fine! Probably the only thing was that the check-in was from 4 pm and if you arrive earlier there's no option to wait there as it is locked and there's no one on site.

Breakfest was outstanding and very delicious. Our kids didnt eat much and made a mess underneath the table. Sorry for that.

Put a sign BEFORE you drive into the parking garage under the hotel. So you can see which hight can drive into the garage. My roofcase on the car didnt like the garage door. After a long trip I havent thought about it.

There was no a/c and was simply to hot in the room of 5 . When opening the windows you could smell the sugar smoke from the terrace

We got a room for 5 people. The space was big and comfortable. The place is located in a small town is it was quite and we got a good rest during the night. The international breakfast was amazing, Highly recommended.

Excellent beds, pillows and breakfast. Very accommodating staff.

Very helpful staff, especially that we arrived very late in the evening and we needed another bed linen for 4th person.Very tasty breakfast.
