- I had to look around for the owner for a few minutes so I could check in because I couldn't call the phone number. But check in was easy after that AND they give you a Stubai Summer Card
- My car broke down but the hotel help and we're very helpful and understanding..
- No real negatives. It would have been nice to have a kettle and a fridge in the room but not a deal breaker.

This is a very nice hotel run by a family. I felt as if I had been invited to their place as a guest. The room was spacious with a great view of mountains (with a glacier!) from the balcony. I was even able to see shooting stars from there. Dinner was also excellent. The hotel location was very close to a bus stop and I was almost always able to find a seat in a bus (this may now be the case if you catch a bus in the direction of the glacier in a high season). Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay in this hotel. Thank you for your great hospitality!
It would be great if there was a soap in the sink!
