INATEL Foz Do Arelho

The room had an excellent view and was spacious and light. It was good to have a balcony in such a pleasant location.

Food was very basic and the scale of the hotel meant it lacked ambiance.

The room was old and the walls had mold. The a/c didn't work and the hot water was shut off at night. The fridge wasn't working and it wA dirty.

The view of the lagoon was wonderful. The woman at checkin was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was disappointing. Coffee machine made very poor weak coffee

Location is great with stunning views on the sea and lagoon. Nice infinity pool on top of the hill. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Fitness room is very outdated and has no airco

Bathroom stank of drains and the shower flooring was lethal

Great location, the whole place outside looked a little untidy and tired, the room was large and with a very comfortable bed. Hot water took 5 minutes to get warm. Nearly gave up!

The hotel was exceptional, the room, location, price we paid exceeded our expectations. The hot breakfast food was disappointing but the choice of continental breakfast items was good.

Nice and quiet

Twice I asked for the heater in the room to be disabled as it made a grinding noise sporadically during the night keeping me awake for 2 of my 4 nights, a technician was promised to look at it and he never turned up.Breakfast doesn't start until 8am which I had to miss on 2 occasions , could it be available from say 7.30

everything was fine but the weather let us down

Staff were very accomodating with storing our bikes and our specific needs. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was above average with various assortments of meats, fruits and sweets.

Not for business travellers. Staff not willing to change my invoice to make it a commercial invoice.Bedroom has very little outlets, so only choice to set up your laptop is to unplug the minibar.Noisy A/C even when turned off!

Lovely staff allowed us to use a secured downstairs room to store our tandem. We had a fantastic view, really comfy rooms and amazing breakfast, good local restaurants just a few steps away.
