It was a real 5 star treatment, everthing is beyond expectations, the fireplace, the river, the paddle court, it is highly recommended

I loved the location which is what I aimed for. The place is peaceful and wonderful, food is great and the staff are super friendly. I enjoyed the bike hire, all staff were very helpful especially the concierge.

Improvement opportunity at the bistro.

Our room was very large, comfortable and tastefully decorated using high quality materials. Everything inside the buildings of the hotel complex emanated a rich yet discrete atmosphere of comfort. No bling-bling here! The sauna/pool area was very welcoming and spotlessly clean. Outside, there are many walks and cycle tracks to explore vineyards, forests and the open countryside. The personell were friendly and helpful.

Absolutely everything. So much to do in the property. It’s gorgeous! Pictures can’t capture the beauty. The staff are so friendly, warm and helpful.

Just wished the restaurants were open the day we got there to try them out.

Beautiful setting, fabulous amenities but the hotel still felt intimate. Exceptional food, helpful staff and the walking trails from the hotel were a wonderful bonus

Beautiful setting. Good shower. Espresso machine in the room. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. Very silly rule that you are not allowed to park your car yourself.

The noise. The noise. The noise. You could hear your neighbours clearly. When one of your neighbours closed their door or the door to the next hallway the noise was incredible. Moreover the small hallway was also used by the restaurant as storage. Hence: extra noise.

A true 5-star experience.. Perfect service at all restaurants, and also room service, beautiful venues, splendid pool area, vineyards…we will be definitely coming back!

Very well welcomed ! Our pet was super well looked after. Very relaxing environment. We had nice walks around the domain. The gym is spacious and well lighted. The pools are quiet.

The food was a bit repetitive or not a lot of choices for lunchtime on the menu. But the staff did the best with their daily suggestions, which were good.

Beautiful remote location with great hiking and biking trails. Fantastic cellar tour of the winery!

Gorgeous property with incredible service! The amenities were really top notch all around.

It was really warm in our room, I learned the ac was broken in our room when we checked out and some others in our corner. Apparently the hotel was not full when we were there so I wish they would have moved us to another room where the thermostat was working. Although I also could have asked - I figured maybe the rooms would here just warm - but learned that wasn’t the case when we checked out. The room service options are limited when the main restaurant is closed - which can be rough when you need something to heat. The limited stew options on those days aren’t that exciting.

We love everything about this hotel. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms and facilities. Excellent choice for breakfast. We had Cellar tour and wine tasting, was very interesting. Free private parking onsite with valet service, love everything about this place!!

Beautiful property with amazing amenities and surroundings . Staff were helpful and welcoming . The bedding was super comfortable and the room had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Multiple pool area and the spa was a plus .

One of the restaurants of the premises we wanted to eat was closed . Beautiful bar area however it was a bit slow and breakfast was a bit over rated in my opinion .

Beautiful place and settings. Easy trips to very beautiful towns and villages

They did not have enough choices for a gluten free person. We stayed 9 nights and we were eating pretty much the same things. That was a bit of a problem

The grounds of the hotel were the most beautiful place we have ever been. All the staff worked hard to make sure the stay was perfect. Dinner at the chef's table for Jardin De Berne was incredible. The cooking class with the Sous chef was a once in a lifetime experience. The spa and all the pools were ultimate relaxation.

The bisto was disappointing from a food quality, ambiance and service prospective. And the drinks /food were expensive at the pool (but delicious).
