Very pleasant hotel that offer you a good ambiance during winter time

The SPA at the hotel has various facilities and you can spend a full day there

Hotel staff and facilities were first rate. They parked our car unloaded our luggage and it was waiting for us in our room when itas ready. We did recieve absolutely 1st rate massages from manuella and Alicia.

Our dinners were on more than one occassion came out of the kitchen lukewarm at best. And the same could be said for the temperature of the water in the outdoor hot tubs.

Noise from the Main Street, in spite of the room being on the fifth floor

Location is good, in the centre of Fiuggi. The hotel is very good. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Francesco, in the spa, was very good when doing the Aufguss in the sauna and body Scrub in the Turkish bath.

The room could be improved by adding more toiletries to the bathroom; the bathroom fittings were in poor condition; the room was very basic and there were no hooks to hang items in the bathroom. Had to operate the window blind with a rotating handle! The thermal pool was cold on the second day. Communication breakdown regarding the ‘couples massage treatment’, after sending many messages and texts but they didn’t have the treatment booked for us. However, they did kindly accommodate us.

The location in the town of Fiuggi is good… the bed linen was really great and the beds large and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was also very good

It’s so depressing, reception is so in inviting & the staff are sullen and miserable and the interior is seriously drab; the rooms are 50 shades of brown.

Loved everything about the hotel except for the fact the air conditioning was turned off. Everyone in my y group complained about it being too hot.The hotel should invest in fans to accommodate guests who are hot natured

Covered thermal water Pool is great. Spa is good, well organised although on multiple floors. The outdoors jacuzzis are great to start a lazy day or to end a stessfull one! Drinks (paid) are served there too. Breaksfast is very good, we enjoyed the best hotel omelette in months. At least 8 different cakes, lots of cold cuts, fresh fruit, great coffee. If not for an overnight stay, the breakfast itself is worth a visit to the hotel

Spa area and restaurant are amazing!

Rooms were a bit dated. Widows not really blocking noise and lights from outside.

Lovely hotel, perfect location, car parking and restaurants next to hotel. Excellent staff and nice cooked breakfast choices as well as the usual continental choices.

The mattress was slightly too hard and we normally prefer a firm mattress.

The lobby, spas, room, staff, and breakfast.

Robes were not in the room, didn't get wifi code at checking, and hard to get elevator to checkout.

It's very nice with a great spa, sauna, steam room and swimming pool.. Big terrace with a couple of jacuzzis and plenty of spaces to relax.

A bit noisy and no balconies so for smokers it may be uncomfortable.

Large variety of breakfast. Restaurants and shops nearby. Very friendly staff.

Didn't like the personnel - not what I would expect from a 4 * hotel. Had to ask for the aperitivo several times, because nobody was showing up to take the order.. hard to ask for help.. In general I felt like they were not very available or engaged into helping out guests

The room had a bed side lamp not working, a shower that leaked water on the floor, no cups to place a toothbrush, the shelf in tge bathroom was loose so things would fall over, no hooks to put your bathrobe or swimming costume. Just two tea bags, no milk . Extra tea bags charged 1.50 euro each!Our room was changed the following day, and although better had the plug to put the electric kettle on top of the sofa! No plugs to charge the phone near the bed. Still nowhere to hung your bathrobe

had a little trouble getting info we wanted on how to book a bike or a bike tour initially but once on site the bike manager was enthusiastic in helping us.

The location, the spa and most of all the outdoor jacuzzi pools. Also the kindness of the staff.
