Hotel Belsito Wellness & Spa

Do not go there its bot what you see in the pictures posted very very derailed photos and a bad experience. First of all the rooms are small and dont have were to put luggages i wanted to leave the hotel but since it was already paid beforehand i couldn't. secondly, the hot water is a mess all the hotel at a point was without hot water with people complaining at the reception including me wich the reception answered be patient we are trying to solve the issue. Third problem was the lift the only lift there is and it was faulty thank god it got stuck with no one inside spent a day and a half not working so everyone had to use the stairs. Fourth we could hear the room next to us speaking in the shower as if they were in the room with us i had a horrible experience in this hotel and would not reccomend a stay here and the money you spend i had better hotels at better prices not worth the 3 stars they should be removed to a 1 star hotel rating. A total disaster and experience be careful

Everything was so excellent..hotel stuff was so helpful, kind and friendly.. Although hotel is so far from city center but liked it and possibilities for that it was helpful for going to city center via busİf i would be come to Fiuggi again i can stay over thereRingrazio per i tutti ?

Only my room was so extremely small and there was not shower cabin in my room.Also just for my advice breakfast can be more options such as omlette and some of vegetables.

Extremely clean, very modern room with everything working well Breakfast was exceptional. There were a range of freshly made cakes as well as cheese, ham, eggs etc. Specialist diets were catered for: there were gluten free and lactose free products and a separate toaster for the gluten free bread.Location great: near the centre and it was even possible to walk up to the centro storico via a steep road.

The hotel was cozy and the bed was comfortable. Lots of storage space. Clean room and bathroom.

The sound insulation was a bit poor. It made it feel less private.

The staff & ease of check-in was great after a long day on the rd. The included breakfast great value for money. Rooms were clean quite & comfortable.

1. Bathroom was old, shower uncomfortable, air conditioning also old. 2. Breakfast was unbalanced, too many sweets, no eggs and vegetables.

Air conditioning did not work, room was extremely small for a quadruple room. Breakfast menu was very limited.

The Room

Unfriendly staff, not helpful and they didn’t clean for 2 nights , I was out and I came found my room door was left open , I believe the housekeeping was in the room and even they didn’t clean or leave a toilet papers , i went down to the reception to ask why my room door was open the staff was very rude and they didn’t care to come up and check or apologize .They mark my stay as no show so they don’t pay a commission for booking.com, they are absolutely not a trust worthy hotel to be in .I don’t recommend this property to anyone
