a great hotel in the center of Fuiggi, the staff were very nice and helpful.The rooms are a little small, but worth the price

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room furniture is a bit outdated but OK. The bathroom is really nice, with good usage of small spaces and hot water. Daily cleaning without any disturbance.Small things to be improved: - the heating was not working properly on the first night. Only a very light duvet and blanket provided and even with the air conditioning on, we still felt cold. However it was fixed the day after.- the fridge cabinet was very small but exceptionally noisy.- the cot for the extra charge is not worth it, a very old one without proper bedding.- breakfast is mostly sweet, no vegetables available.Overall, a nice hotel in a good location with great staff, but with small details to be elevated to 2025.

Location is great. Free car park at the back of the hotel. Staff kindly directed us to it on arrival.

Breakfast- they didn’t have any bacon/sausages. Not sure if they just weren’t cooking it as only a few people wanting hot breakfast. We didn’t eat at the hotel.

The staff was easy to communicate with and helpful with questions. The breakfast was a full spread and good times. We elected for a mini spa day and it was perfect! Parking is easy and close.

Great location with good parking. The building is an older building which has been renovated and has a lot of character. The entire staff is great & very helpful. Breakfast is good. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic and the patio in front is very comfortable & has a great deal of character. Overall it was a great experience and my wife & I enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely recommend this property.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were immaculate, good location in the heart of Fiuggi.

Nothing to complain about other than the air conditioning didn’t work despite raising this issue. Luckily the nights weren’t too hot.

Helpful and pleasant staff, lovely building, room was a great size and excellent morning coffee service. Will definitely return in the future!

Everything. Comfortable, clean, bright, spacious, friendly staff and fantastic location. Spa excellent too, we got a couples massage and thoroughly enjoyed it.

The hotel was good for the night that we spent. It is only a few minutes outside of the old town of Fiuggi which is absolutely breathtaking and feels like your walking in a fairy tale. We enjoyed the shower in the room and the breakfast was very enjoyable and had a lot of options. The staff was friendly and the room setup was good for the two of us and our two teen daughters.

Our room was along the street and so the lights from outside and people talking very loud during the night keep us up a bit. The A/C was not easy to figure out but okay once it got going.

Cute little old town, very sorry that not much tourists as there should be more than 50% Russian People but now it is none there.

At night there was a strange sound from the room above like some water dropping... Not sure.

Its a gorgeous place with all the comfort and facilities we needed. The breakfast was really nice it had everything we wanted without making it too hard to choose by offering too much. The staff was really kind! It was clean, the shower was amazing there was no noise inside the hotel. I would come back!

The Hotel Touring Wellness and Beauty did not disappoint! The friendly staff, beautiful rooms, fabulous food and wonderful spa were the perfect ingredients for a fantastic stay! The hotel is centrally located, easy to walk everywhere.Many thanks to Anito who truly made our stay exceptional, thank you for treating us like family and always made our day! Also to Linda who is an exceptional massage therapist! I would highly recommend treating yourself to some spa treatments!

Breakfast could be a bit improved (some fruits would be great) - but there was a good selection of cakes! :)

The hotel is in a great area close to downtown and the bus station. The staff was really helpful and accommodating to requests. Such a great stay.

The double bed was just 2 single beds pushed together. The beds were comfortable but you could feel the gap.

The hotel looks like it has never been refurbished in the last 50 years! No air conditioning, very noisy, uncomfortable bed!
