Service and spa are top notch.Amazing massage by Teresa and very good dinner on site for a reasonable price.It Made me want to stay more than planned :)

Breakfast was just average

Apart from staff everything was pathetic. Breakfast horrible and stale...lights weren't working...dirty room...horrible overall.I had expected a really good hotel. It seemed like a very old dilapidated place

Spa facilities and staff were excellent and very accomodating. Bed was also very comfortable.

Bathroom in my room was a little dated and needs heavy maintenance - shower was mildly broken and toilet seat wasn't secured - I raised this but only the shower was dealt with. Breakfast was acceptable with a basic range of breakfast items and was managed well by the staff - could however be better with more range of breakfast items

The breakfast was medicore - when items ran out the buffet was not replenished, generally the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, the constant noise at the spa hotel (eg men carrying out construction works behind spa, men cutting trees behind spa at early hours of morning and throughout afternoon), the room had poor sound insulation - we could hear the buttons of elevator and people walking up and down the stairs in high heels, the room was tiny but looked much bigger in pictures (false advertisement), no information provided regarding prices of water in room we assumed it was free of charge but upon checkout were provided extortion prices.

The outdoor spa and indoor pool were excellent. Most pools aren’t open during April. The outdoor sun lounges were comfortable and the cafe adjoins that area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is excellent and very reasonably priced.

All good, it isn’t in a glamorous antique hotel but it compensates with the great services available. We walked to town at night and it felt safe and there were lots of people out considering the cooler weather.

Amazing spa and very nice staff! Quite area for a full gateway from the hustle with relaxing and very clean spa possibilities.

The prices in the hotel restaurant are a bit too high comparing to the plates and offers.

Loveless hotel that is 3-star hotel at best and treats solo travelers respectfully

Not a 4* hotel: Room was dusty and run down. The mattress was overused and one could feel the springs. I asked reception for more blankets for padding. Even though they assured me that this would be communicated to housekeeping, it was not done. Had to beg for more blankets in the second night. Staff couldn’t have cared less claiming it was a memory foam mattress. Carpet outside the rooms wasn’t not cleanSmell of smoke or food after using the aircon/ heating.No amenities in the bathroom other than some hand soapSpa was a decent size but overcrowded at all times.

Does not worth for such money, old equipment and rooms that definetly are not 4* standard. Some equipment broken, thin walls. Old hotel, that desires more care in all ways.

Bed was a little harder than what I am used to but not holding it against them - i slept well

Disappointing

Our guys were not satisfied with beds. Double beds were very small for 2 people. It is very bad 2 people sleeping on small beds.The hotel staff was not helpful and accommodating. They promised to prepare earlier breakfasts, in the end there were none.

Very nice, polite and professional conduct of the lady at the reception, and very good and kind service of the young man at the bar. On the way to the location during a week day, the train + bus connection from Rome worked perfectly, return on a Sunday a lot less so.The spa is wonderful, and sauna almost as hot as it should. We loved the small outdoor pool with birds singing around it.Supermarkets and cafe close by are very good with a nice service.

Public transport schedules should be made better available at the property as the Cotral etc transport options are very bizarre.The room was surprisingly hot, even if it was cold outside, but for the rather noisy road one cannot keep the window open during the night. Better ask for a room on the backside, and use the cooling air conditioning even during the colder periods.

Yhe spa was really great, we had a massage and it’s awesome.

the room was pretty small and The Bathroom was a little sick with mold at the corners of the ceiling. I expected a better breakfast with more homemade products and not all those single-serving

Sumptuous breakfast, location close to Rome so for us its terribly convenient.
