Hotel San Giorgio Heaven Spa

Nice spa, friendly staff

Some spa treatments are not professional

Everything. It was awsome! The spa, the service, rooms, food. It was real good.

Beautiful hotel with lovely spa right in the center of Fiuggi Terme. Comfortable rooms and a good restaurant.

We find the WiFi to be the only weak spot of this otherwise excellent hotel. They really should look into improving their internal network of access points. It’s not the main attraction, but it’s nice to be able to watch a show on Netflix in the evening. With their current network, we had to stream off the hotspot on my phone.

Friendly staff. Nice spa. Central location

Very outdated small rooms. Poor breakfast. Checkout at 11am.

Seemed new, exceptionally clean and nice. Staff was professional, nothing more nothing less. Spa was a nice touch for our last night in Italy. Breakfast was basic but good and plentiful.

Staff could’ve been more informative at check in, we had to ask for all information ourselves about the spa, breakfast etc.

2 night romantic stay. Room was a superior double room - lovely , good size. It had 2 bathrooms - loved this. Hotel Spa facilities were very good. I had a relaxing massage and a facial - both very good. My partner had 2 massages - different prices but he said they were exactly the same!

Good position and lovely Spa.

Found clumps of hair on the bedside drawers.

good location. nice staff

room wasn’t very clean and comfortable. An old hotel, the shower didn’t close. missing basic information in the room (ie wifi psw, reception contact) - bad smell in the room. no sound isolation at all and it was like having the guest in the next room in mine.

Great location, well kept and decorated room. Nice breakfast. Good staff at front desk.

A/C lacking.

The location was convenient and the wellness centre was very good. Ilaria did a very good massage! The breakfast was also very good.

The room was ok but not to the standard of a 4 star hotel in my opinion. I’ve stayed in a 4 star before in Fiuggi and it was far superior to this hotel. The bathroom was not entirely clean! I found hair (head) on the floor near the bidet. Also the balcony door frame was gaping and wobbly. The plastic chair under the desk was dusty.

Beautiful spa, hotel and room. We had dinner twice at the hotel and found it very good and reasonably priced. Staff was very kind and went out of their to make our stay perfect.

Wi-Fi in our room was a little spotty.

The over all atmosphere and location in the town.

The lack of internet access in the room. This may only affect business travelers. There was wireless in the public areas.

Friendly staff.

Forgotten bed making!

The location

Breakfast was poor!!!

Spa Room

Good spa.

Unfortunately, the condition of the room wasn’t one of a 4 star hotel.

Location, piscina

Cena

I liked the spa

The fact that my room was communicating with another one trough a close door.It was not very isolated.

The location. The grounds of property are beautiful. We will definitely return.

Breakfast.

Superb
