    Cons -

    • Very aged property in dire need of renovation
    • The staff were inattentive and slightly inefficient, especially with respect to cleaning and room service. During our stay, our room was cleaned but you could tell it was a rushed job. We asked for water and cups to be replaced a few times, but we never got new ones. Overall, it was a decent stay but unimpressed for the price you pay.
    • The menu of the Fictus restaurant is rather limited and doesn’t change from day to day.The Spa seems less luxurious than the rest of the hotel facilities

    Location Site Amazing views

The room we booked was different from what we saw on pictures. The design of the room was poor With very low quality furniture They had only one person to help with 7 luggages We were brutally awakened in the morning by noises and very loud talks by the staff. We only slept 2 hours. We have asked for a full refund as the room didn’t match the photos we saw online. False advertising on booking.comWe are expecting a full refund. The manager their named Julie was professional and understood our situation and asked us to make the demand of refund directly to booking.com as the room was already charged. She said that she could arrange an upgrade if we had to come back again and showed us other rooms that were much nicer than what we got. It’s terrible to pay such a high price for a room and be so disappointed. We stay at some of the best resort in south of France and we pay approximately the same prices. But the room and service we got was low and the room it self was far being like on the pictures. The management after all have been kind to us and understood our situation. We need now booking to give us a full refund as this was just unacceptable to promote something that is not what the client gets at the end. Be very careful when you book online like that you might have bad surprises. It’s too bad as the hotel and location are excellent and we could have avoided such an unpleasant moment. We hope to get the refund we asked for if not we will no more use booking for our reservations.

a deluxe decadent home from home very much on its own, a perfect escape in a little paradise beautiful rooms perfect views great little private pebble beach with sun deck for sea swimming. lovely pool area. fantastic gym and spa. wonderful breakfast Decorated with finesse and no expense spared spotlessly clean. lovely toiletries. treats in your room helpful staff. extremely comfortable

the bar wasn’t open which meant there wasn’t really a meeting focal area but this is only a minor niggle

Everything. The hotel's location was perfect near to Cap Ferrat, Villefranche and Monaco. The position was magnificent overlooking the sea tucked beneath the cliffs of Eze The staff were friendly and helpful.

Staying at Cap Estel is paradise! The location, gardens, food, staff, treatments at the spa and our room (Sea View Junior Suite) exceeded our expectations. With only 20 suites and rooms Cap Estel is actually worth the expense (not always with case in the Riviera and Amalfi Coast) because of the privacy one gets, immaculate and up to date sea view suites & rooms, the spectacular location and staff - all are wonderful and make for a truly relaxing and memorable stay.

The breakfast was fantastic and in a very beautiful location. There was a lot of variety and choice and all great quality produce.

We were in a room which was fantastic but the only downside was the noise from the staff below. I think it must have been a communal area for them and on occasions we were woken up in the morning.

the venue and the rooms right on the private beach private access .

the ficus restaurant service was not good at all / it seemed the restaurant did not have a person in charge

Everything was more than perfection. Gardens. Staff. Location. All.

    It was perfection.

This is the kind of property you want to stay all the time. My wife didn't left the place even once, since everything was on place and was so pleasant.

I'd prefer to stay inside main building, but it was all occupied. Better reserve in advance.

The building and Facilities are fantastic.

Very isolated, yet that also is the charm

    10SharonPosted on: 5-15-2024

Everything about this property was an incredible experience. When one thinks luxury and service, Cap Estel goes above and beyond. One truly feels pampered and attended to in an extremely well-appointed space. I will definitely be back!

Their gastronomic restaurant wasn’t open the day I stayed here.

The main Resturant was close and the night service small restaurant was not professional
