    Pros +

    • The view- but everywhere in the area has a good view so it¿s nothing special to this particular hotel.
    • very disappointing experience due to poor cleanliness and lack of proper service.
    • Very nice location right across from the beach. The bar and restaurant were very nice.

    Cons -

    • The staff was extremely rude. The restaurant food was bland and we were ignored by the wait staff. We got the overwhelming feeling that this hotel was not American friendly. It¿s also extremely hard to get around from this location. Stay in Nice.
    • The room was not clean and had a severe ant infestation. Staff were informed immediately but said the problem couldn’t be fixed until the next day, making the room unusable for the night. No refund or compensation was offered despite clear evidence.
    • The “shower” was a tub with a hand help mounted low and no curtain which was a challenge to shower and not make a mess on the floor. I would suggest mounting a bar to hold the shower head and adding a curtain.

Great amenities and location with a beautiful view of the sea. The small garden in the room was amazing. Swimming pool and restaurant on the terrace were superb.

Unavailability of iron / ironing board in the room.

The pool is nice, but a bit small for the amount of guest. The gym is very limited and has only a few hand weight which were 12kg and heavier. The view from our room, the restaurant and pool was spectacular! The staff were all kind and helpful.

I hate to complain, since the hotel does have parking. However, entering the parking was very difficult! One time we waited for 10 minutes to get out of the parking. When you enter, you have to make your way to the parking via a narrow cylinder winding parking and two car can't meet. The light that makes sure each car passes without meeting worked well; however, if you got stuck it could take a while. We had one not so friendly issue with another guest due to the parking.

Rooms are modern, spacious and very quiet

It is on a hillside with 2 different elevators on either side. Navigating the hotel is a bit challenging

The hotel is really nice and the view is incredible. The spa is wonderful.

The restaurant was ok. The menu was very limited and the food was just ok. The breakfast was good though.

Exceptional experience with the property, pool, room, and outstanding customer service!

The view is clearly spectacular and just stunning to behold at every turn, even from bed! The pool was also gorgeous, though as it wasn't heated we weren't able to use it at this time of year. This lead to the entire place feeling very peaceful.Staff were incredibly friendly. The entire place was very clean, despite being very busy.Having a spa on site is a wonderful touch- though some the the facilities were marketed as a little more luxurious than perhaps the reality was- I acknowledge that the spa is considered a separate business.

We acknowledge that we visited during one of the busiest times of the year so that needs to be taken into consideration. Having said that, everything felt a little dated and not quite the elevated standard we were expecting, to be honest. The on site restaurant, again, has spectacular views but was wildly over priced for the quality of the food. There also was no such thing as a little snack or side if you were hungry throughout the day, which again made the inaccessibility of the local town frustrating. If you do not have a car the location is incredibly inconvenient. A walk to the little town nearby is roadside (doable but not pleasant.) Ubers regularly cancel and the less than 10 minute taxi down to the beach front cost us a staggering €80.Several requests we made (such as the use of an iron) the staff said 'we will do our best' but not met. One night we waited over 20mins for the bill and had to ask 3 times. Again, the staff were incredibly friendly, just unfortunately not super efficient. This is a small thing- but the towels and hairdryers in the bathroom seemed really old and cheap. Again, just not the elevated standard we expected.

    Lovely location and great Spa.

Late evening / reception staff lacking in warm greeting and customer service. Very grumpy and not representative of all the other great staff there. Begs the question if he enjoys his work at this hotel.

Great food and friendly efficient staff

Location on a cliff below the Moyer corniche .Had to go everywhere by car. Indoor spa had to be paid for. Outdoor pool very cold

Wonderful experience. Staff were welcoming, and very attentive. A perfect location to take in the panoramic mountain and sea views and minutes from the medieval village.

We loved the views, the restaurant, and the daytime staff.

They need to add some new pillows. I asked for a down or feather pillow as their pillows were made of a firm foam. When they replied, I was told that was all that they had, that they were all the same. They should have a few different choices for guests with neck issues.

The Family room is huge, frendly staff, good atmosphere, amazing view from the hotel, comfortable bed, beautiful SPA with different saunas.

The refrigerator in the room was not working. In the large bathroom, there is no partition between the shower and the toilet, so water splashes all over the floor when taking a shower, making it very slippery.I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. Unfortunately, the spa time was shortened by 30-60 minutes. The inside pool water was cold, and for this reason, it was difficult to stay in the jacuzzi as you quickly start to feel cold. The hotel is bathed in sunlight all year round, so it would be great if solar panels were used and the outdoor pool was heated during the winter season.

    Spa was really nice?

Transportation without rented car (our taxi got cancelled several times)

    8AndreasPosted on: 11-23-2024

Nice view to the sea, especially from the restaurant terrace. Rooms are spacious, however for some rooms the view is blocked by trees, so if it’s important make sure to ask in advance.

The view is stunning and perfect for a weekend away!

We were in a terrasse room on the basement and there is no shade in the bathroom so everybody can see you while you take your shower or bath

Beautiful views!!! Our room was on -5 floor (which would be like a ground floor), so terrace was surrounded by pine nut trees, and we could hear cicadas chirping. So peacful. Lovely time at the pool & great service at the pool bar! We were waiting for 30 mins to order lunch at the hotel's restaurant, decided to move to the poolside instead, and got amazing burata salad served within 10 mins, including time to place the order. In addition, I would like to mention that the hotel offers complimentary transfer to Eze, which is very convenient. Uber also works within the area, just sometimes takes longer to arrive.
