Great location, nice rooms

Staff was hard to find. WiFi was terrible

Location, easy to find. Check in is with the restaurant attached to the hotel. No elevator which wasn't a problem for us, but good to know ahead of time. Shower was a good size!

This isn't a complaint, but more of a suggestion to have a couple of shelves in the shower. Unfortunately, the little cups for espresso were not replenished during our stay. We normally would have requested, but we're busy with a family wedding. Again, not a big deal, just a suggestion.

good location across the street from the entry to Eze Village

had to park in municipal lot which was very difficult. Did not have an elevator. The original room my son got did not electrical outlets that worked. They changed his room but we had to wait two hours until it was ready.

Location. Nice and cozy property. Good coffee and pastries breakfast in restaurant on property just downstairs.

The breakfast appeared to be non existant - we were told it started at 8 but there was no one there so we went down to the general cafe and bought a coffee

The decor was a bit scruffy with peeling paint. The TV remote did not function at all, someone came but couldnt make it work. The lighting was complicated with hidden switches which we had to have demonstrated for us. The room was fery nosy but Eze IS on a main a main road and was busy all night - got woken at 4am by some very noisy street cleaning of something like it

The room was good. The hotel was smelling clean! The view was nice! Good location!

There was no bathroom door ?

The bathroom is very nice. Staff were helpful with carrying luggage to my room.I had read some of the reviews so my expectations were not so high, anyway nothing to complain about for me.

Breakfast included was just a very light breakfast. Coffee and a croissant. I got some bread, jam and juice as well after a while. Not sure if it was extra service for me, or if more was included than they first said. The WiFi was not working very well

The location is the main reason to book here. It is in the center of Èze and allows you to easily walk to everything in town.

There is no lobby or front desk. The waiters at the restaurant check you in. I think they were going to try to doubt charge me until I showed them my receipt from Booking.com.It was weirdly clunky and awkward getting checked in. They didn’t have an elevator so our heavy luggage wasn’t fun. The bed was close to the ground and pretty hard. The room is very bare bones but could easily be enhanced by an accent pillow and maybe a map of the medieval village of Èze on the wall.

The location is great. Just a few walks away from the Jardin Exotique

The bathroom got no door. Only curtain ? u can share the smell ?

Breakfast was not breakfast. It was one croissant and a coffee but advertised with a knife and fork.

Disappointing

It‘s rather a motel than hotel with the lowest but still costly price You can’t expect counter service or electronic pot (i asked them hot water but they gave me just water)

Position.

Very difficult to navigate steps. Room should not be let to couples. Very small and bed very narrow. Overall probably worst hotel room we experienced in 7 weeks of travel in France and Italy.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms, relative to the price I paid to stay. The staff were lovely and all very helpful.

The only fault was the rooms weren’t very well sound proofed. I could hear the people in the next door room as well as people going up and down the stairs.

I wish I could have stayed longer! Perfect location in this beautiful village. Staff were very welcoming and professional even though it is a very busy restaurant and I arrived at lunchtime. The young manager was particularly kind. He allowed me to use his phone to ring the UK when I first arrived and had mislaid my phone. I didn't get a chance to thank him so he deserves praise!

The room was small but okay for a solo traveller. The bed was a small double. If a single bed was installed instead there would be room for a bedside table with space for a lamp and to put personal items.

We loved the location! The hotel was clean and comfortable. LOVED the AC!

You could hear everything going on in the hallway. Also the bathroom had a little step at the entry, perfect for stubbing your toes.

No reception, just picked keys up at the bar, tiny room and when you opened the window outside smelled like piss

I love the city and I love it more when I stay in this hotel it’s very near from the places that I love the bus stations is like 2 m in front of the hotel the hotel reception and the restaurant of the hotel is one office and they are very helpful. The hotel is two floors OK no elevators but the guys there are very helpful they take my luggage to the room, my stay was in the music day so the hotel celebrates and they bring a band and they cooked a very nice meal too for only 25 €.  I love it and I will come over.

in every hotel, I stayed presence of mini fridge is important for me. But as I know in Europe, you have to ask sometimes they bring for you, but to be honest, I didn’t ask this time because I was very busy rather than everything is more than wonderful.
