    • Everything about Chateau La Chèvre d'Or was 5 star! It really can't get any better than this. The location and views were stunning. The staff went out of their way to assist and accommodate our needs and wants as well as being friendly and cordial.
    • The hotel was absolutely stunning and the service was incredible. It was very calm within the properties grounds. We wish we could have stayed longer. We had an incredible dinner at their tasting restaurant which we would highly recommend. Amazing food and wine, beautiful view and great service. We are definitely coming back.
    • Unique. Great views. Great service.

    Cons -

    • A/C not great
    • Restaurants are very limited and terrible taste & overpriced. Also mobile signal is weak & Wifi in room and around hotel is terrible.
    • We were a little disappointed with the food. We expected to be wowed and we were honestly left unsatisfied. It wasn’t up to the standard of the hotel in our opinion. It wasn’t bad, but its wasn’t great. Which given everything else about the property we had our hopes high. I’d probably not eat there again and would go off property.

The staff were so helpful and kind and eager to please. They helped us organize reservations ahead of time, ensured we were comfortable. The rooms were fantastic! Spacious, modern, beautiful!

It was a unique property … stunning views from our room. In celebration of our 30th the hotel upgraded us to a spectacular room with and endless view. Many thanks to the wonderful staff!

We had an executive suite with water view, which is highly recommended for this locationService is impecable, views from the restaurants and the hotel garden are the main feature of this placeThe exotic garden on top of Éze is 5 min walk and it's fantastic

    Location, breakfast and attentive service

Room was a big disappointment, next to a noisy kitchen. Very outdated, old bath, old shower, cheap waste bins to low quality toiletries.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! The rooms, grounds, restaurants, views, and staff were exceptional.

There is not one thing that wasn’t perfect.

Nice location. Very busy tourist place.

The rooms are not comfortable at all. Outdated and highly priced.

Interesting location and hotel and the room condition was more than great .

Eze is a touristic sight and a kind of castle ,the hotel has some locations and try to protect tourists wandering at the hotel room area by having “private “ sign where as restaurant , hotel corridors , bar are full of wandering tourists . So do not imagine a peace of mind holiday but very crowded and unfortunately very face to face close interaction with the other guests and tourists . This is the nature of Eze and seems hotel tries to get benefit out of it . Long story short the hotel is an attraction center and does not reflect what it promise . The staff do their best and work hard but difficult in that Hotel .Even by paying + 1000 euro you are not special but the hotel is !

The hotel grounds are magical. I wish I had spent more time there. The view from the outdoor portion of the bar has to be seen to be believed! Even though the 3-star Michelin restaurant on-site was fully booked, the hotel went out of their way to accommodate us and opened up an extra room for our party of four. It was an exceptional meal with a truly incredible wine pairing. I can't wait to go back!

I wish I knew how magical the property is beforehand. I would have scheduled more time there!

A mesmerising location with beautiful scenery and a romantic atmosphere. Reception staff, particularly Charlene and colleague, very welcoming and helpful. Infinity pool has amazing views. Lots of small areas to relax , well equipped. Main restaurant was fabulous and staff were exceptional.

Bar staff were very busy and no place at outside bar in the evening as full. Also breakfast staff not very attentive; just told buffet on offer and to help yourself. Husband had to go up to a group of staff to order eggs.

Amazing place to celebrate some special occasion. In our case we celebrated wedding anniversary and it was just perfect. The place, the room, the views - everything was unforgettable! We booked just standard room and I was worried that it will be like a cave (based on provided photos) but it was super nice, cozy and light, with 3 windows and even side sea view.

Food is a little bit too expensive, we paid around 200 euros for light lunch and 700 for dinner, but I would say it should be expected in this type of hotels during the high season

The views were outstanding. The staff was wearing very nice clothes. They look very professional and cordial !Sisi was excellent server.

We did not like the room. The carpets was tied and worn The bathrooms needs update. The bed was old and very old bedding the towels in the bathroom was old . The controls for the shower, a very difficult to understand how to operate. Housekeeping staff didn’t clean the room well. The furniture in the lounge and bar areaneeds to be replaced.

This has to he one of the most beautiful hotels in the world… you feel as though you are immersed in the village, yet the hotel also offers complete privacy and luxury as well. The rooms are beautiful, the views are stunning and gardens are something to behold x

    10IevaPosted on: 8-18-2024

The views were unbelievable!! The staff were great, very attentive. Most importantly, you live like in Disneyland - your room and all facilities are inside the medieval oldtown!

Well, don’t go there if you have problems with your legs.. or if you have children in buggies. Can’t walk for a minute without encountering steps!

This place left me speechless. Something you have to see in your life. Beautiful historical property with the view

I think ceiling in room 1 has to be done, because something falling from the top
