Location is good and convenient

I booked 2 rooms with my 3 kids from booking.com including breakfast. Once we finished breakfast, they charged me 7 euro per child for breakfast. They told me kids are not supposed included on n breakfast. That was so no sense. On booking.com it was clear that breakfast is included but hotel says it’s for adults not for kids!!! This is disrespectful and disappointing

Central location close to store.

The beams in the room required the limbo to get in bed. Did not represent what I booked. Wanted to switch rooms but No staff on site to help check in or switch rooms. Took an hour to ck in. Had to get help from other guests. Requested partial refund- disagreed.

Despite being in an older building, a good sized elevator provided easy access to upper floors. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The bike storage in their enclosed courtyard felt very secure.

This is an older building - the floors are not exactly level and hallway carpets look well worn.

Location was fantastic, right in the most active part of town. Hotel retains historic charm, and clean. My room looked on q quiet courtyard with a balcony. Staff was helpful and very welcoming of my dog. 100% would choose this again. Even the sources are near

It was quite spacious, the hotel is in the center of town and yet the noise from outside does not bother you. or you can enter with your car, there is no parking.

The bed sheet was not the right size.

Comfortable room, good service , great location

Central location in the heart of Evian with a bedroom window looking out over the main thoroughfare of the town, the bed was so comfy that when I first arrived, it took me almost an hour to get out of it! Highly recommended.

The room was lovely. The whole place is tastefully decorated with antiques. The breakfast is not to be missed. Cute breakfast room and lots of choices. Good value for price.

The bed was too small and the room had a carpet that looked old.

It took around a 10-minute walk from the train station—not too far, but with luggage, it was a bit of a struggle. However, the hotel was so nice and pretty. They offered free infused drinks and welcoming cookies. The receptionist was also very friendly, and as a bonus, he was cute! The hotel had a small gym and a garden. Our room even had a terrace where we could relax. It was close to restaurants and other shops, and also near Lake Geneva. We enjoyed complimentary drinks in the room, and everything was perfect for our stop before catching our flight the next day.

Beautiful old building with sizeable room and lovely view of Lac Léman. Would stay again.

It is very continent to downtown. Very clean and comfortable. Great value.

It is a little worn out but that wasn’t a surprise based upon the description.
