Friendly staff. Quiet.

We thought we were getting a bath from the pictures of the room but we got a shower instead. The internet was slow to connect to our phones saying low connection speed.

Central location is great if you don't need a vue to the lake. Rooms are basic but clean.

The shower has no door and floods the whole bathroom floor. Besides the elevator, there is only one central staircase and it was far from our room. To get to our room from the staircase, we had to cross several hallways. This building without an emergency escape is a death trap in case of a fire.

Disappointing for 3-stars

Not enough towels, and those provided were extremely old and rough. No maid service on day 2 without explanation, so again, no towels.A/C was noisy.

Perfect location. Large room, large comfortable bed. Air conditioned. Parking nearby.

Staff were very kind! They even helped me reservin the parking on line, which went successfully with no stress.

The location was great. Right in the middle of the city center.

The hotel seems quite worn. As the first impression, the door handle on the front door was about to fall off. Reception is a small booth in the middle of the "lobby" area, and it looks kind of home built. But it's not too uncommon for provincial hotels in France. Staff was nice.

Great location and staff were super helpful! Even giving us a spare bed for the kids.

It was modern and spacious. Bathroom as well. Friendly staff and easy check-in. Loved the lake view from our room.

A warm & cozy stay. We did the last minute deal to visit Évian in a non-peak season. Turned out everything impressed us. We enjoyed the good food inside the hotel restaurant. The Michigan restaurants, street stall & supermarket were also within a walkable reach.

We paid a little premium to secure a room with balcony. Worth to pay if no free upgrade, haha! Want an adapter with USB port inside the room

Didn't have breakfast.Location perfect.Very good room but fittings were a bit cheap.Shower water was not hot.Excellent restaurant for dinner.

Attention to detail was lacking.No coffee in the room,no milk.

Rooms recently refurbished and clean. Good location in the centre of town.

Breakfast was very poor quality, and the day we were there was poorly staffed. The 2nd morning we didn’t take the paid for breakfast and went to the excellent bakery next door!

Unfriendly host and chaotic management

Unfriendly staff. Had a blocked drain upon check in. I just queried whether I could have a changed room whilst they were fixing the blockage. The manager straightaway asked me whether I want to cancel my booking with a menacing tone. There is no toilet roll. The phone is not working to call reception. The Wi-Fi is password protected and there is no instruction to hand. The hotel is clearly under poor management as all my friends had issues with aircon or other small matters. The check in at three pm was chaotic and late.

Locatie

Airco didn't function we got a portable airco without any help or instructions. Also the newly refurbished bathroom was just for show, using it was not really possible as water flowed from the shower floor in the room (no exaggeration). After the shower you'd be cleaning for 15 minutes. Nothing was done only excuses. So a bad experience alas....

The room are spacious and the balcony with the lake view is nice. The staff member are pleasant. The breakfast buffet is sufficient.

Even though the overall comfort of the hotel are ok, plus since they would like to increase awareness and client satisfaction I would like to raise some point that they can easily improve to make it better. - cleaning : can be better ! Joints in the bathroom being green and limestone marks can be removed . - make sure there are all utilities in the room before check-in, Towels/tissue/coffee / bath mat/ Shower gel/ etc. - Some plugs doesn’t not work, need to be fixe. - Inside kettle need to be clean. - Dust on window sill/flange. - Inside parfum is welcome. - Increase shower / bath kit is welcome. These are some details as to increase client satisfaction and make the stay a better experience. With time this hôtel can have a great potential.

The location was great and convenient

The staff in front desk was very helpful But the cleaning crew was not doing a good job

Staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to find solutions. I had a super early start and the waiter went out especially early to get fresh bread and prepared a packed breakfast for me. Dining staff were quick, friendly and helpful. Dinner was excellent and while the decoration is not the latest and greatest, it is more than made up for by the way the staff made you feel welcome.

The public parking was across the street which was practical but arriving and dropping off luggage was awkward as the hotel is right on the road without much of an entrance.

Very clean abd totally renovated, great location, beautiful square and cute street full if small shops and cafes. Close to beach and boats, 40 minutes to Laussane ??

The room view could be better.
