Hotel Royal

Our stay at Hotel Royal Evian was truly wonderful. One of the thoughtful touches we really appreciated was the evening turndown service, where the room is prepared for sleeping — a lovely detail that adds to the comfort of the stay. The view overlooking the parking area was surprisingly charming and peaceful.The concierge team is outstanding, always helpful and attentive. Room service was excellent, and the food tasted delicious. We also appreciated the variety of pillows available, allowing us to choose what suited us best for a comfortable night’s sleep.The front desk team was professional, welcoming, and very helpful at all times. The free shuttle service to Evian city center, operating from morning until midnight, is extremely convenient. The chauffeurs were professional, courteous, and drove very safely.Overall, an exceptional hotel experience with excellent service and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Was having a late morning and enjoying my lying in bed. The room service team keeps knocking the door.

Wifi was the worst ever in the room, toilet seat was way away from rest of bathroom it was at entrance of room, and the bathroom on other side of room, that’s not convenient at all.

Loved the spa, pools and outdoors.

No warm water in the shower at night. My friend asked to be waken up by phone and they forgot about it. Overall kind and very helpful staff.

Dinner at Olive , view. Service, breakfast

The location is fabulous, overlooking the lake Leman, with a great view and a beautiful breakfast with loads of fresh and delicate fruits, a great choice of bread and cold plates. The room is nice with a balcony and the bedding is just perfect. The bathroom is very comfortable. The decoration and depth of this palace are compelling.

The spa and indoor recreation areas. The rooms were nicely appointed and comfortable.

The staff, there were either plenty but no one actually looking around to help. Or none and impossible to order anything. We were woken at 12.30am and evacuated due to a fire alarm. And not a single apology was made the next day. I came across many disgruntled guests while there too.

Very family friendly, always finding solutions, even when full a quiet place to relax can be found. Perfect facilities for the kids with many entertainments as well as amazing spa facilities

Food choice is a bit limited

Amazing location and great spa. Also great to walk the dog.

Twix ewe had a problem with the food. Once the risotto was tasteless and the second time a starter was completely cold. They apologized the next day when the F&B manager came to see us. At breakfast which was attentive. Twice in two days is not great though…

Fantastic hotel, great spa and lovely room with view of the lake. Breakfast is also excellent

If you need to get into town or back or even to the golf and back you need to book their shuttle service well in advance. We also missed our golf and got stranded at the hotel one evening because the shuttles were all booked and no taxis available.

Thé Bar is super cool. The staff are very polite and occupant. Our dinner was greatly excellent. Delicious food.

The peace and quiet was lovely. Slightly out of town but the ammenities at the hotel made up for it plus the shuttle which would pick you up on request was fantastic.

overall, the property was amazing and well maintained! rooms are clean and new and the views of the hotel were amazing. the lobby Terrance, spa / gym was amazing, and the kids loved the kids club!

reserved 2 rooms in the same category but the actual space of both was different. one was significantly smaller than the other. the other think is the toilet's WC is very far from the shower / wash area and you almost have to walk across the room. i see this as an inconvenience and a design flaw.

My week was absolutely amazing, I went to the gym every morning and the equipment was first class….The swimming pool was amazing, the staff extremely friendly and helpful…

The only improvement for me would be more variety of food on offer.I don’t eat breakfast ,so lunch is important for me personally and it was difficult to get a booking at the Olive Grove buffet as it was always booked out.
