30€ per night for our dog. Outrageous The pool is too small for the size of the hotel. It was always packed. Room service for breakfast took more than one hour to arrive.When checking out, the bill was for 2 nights instead of 1.Several restaurant bills from other people were charged to our room. The room service that we did get was charged twice. All these were mistakes from their side but took + an hour to verify with no apology whatsoever which made us lose lunch reservations, etc...

Just the location, the rest way much from Hilton standard

Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was disappointing. During check-in, there was no assistance provided, and we were left to carry our 8 pieces of luggage ourselves in the rain. Additionally, the corridor was not clean, which didn't make a great first impression.We also encountered some issues with the hotel itself:- The phone system between rooms was not working.- The air conditioning was not cooling at all, which was a major inconvenience.Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and we wouldn't recommend the hotel in its current state. Hopefully, this feedback can help improve the services and amenities provided.

Restaurant not quite up what I expected. I had a duck breast that was a very old and tough bird.

Quick and easy check in, hotel staff help us with the luggage, free parking for our van was very convenient, rooms spacious

Rooms little bit outdated, room service was done to bare minimum, complementary water was never provided again after we finished the first pair provided on check in, i know its based on availability but we couldn’t get the option of connecting rooms and late check out, I don’t recommend the breakfast.

The front desk was not professional and also the room that allocated to me with bathroom door and glass shaking and brokenAfter I requested to change the room , the manager comes with me to check the bathroom door even i show him the video!not good attitude or taking care about customers

Overpriced and Disappointing – Not Worth It

This hotel is not worth the price, and the 7.8 rating on Booking.com reflects reality. If anything, I would rate it even lower.1.Misleading booking information – The spa access was inconsistently mentioned during booking. Thinking it was included, I booked a more expensive room (€20 extra), only to find out that the spa required an additional payment. Attempts to contact the hotel went unanswered for two days.2.Hidden breakfast charges – Nowhere was it clearly stated that breakfast was not included, resulting in an extra €40 charge for two people.3.Unexpected costs – What was supposed to be a €190 stay turned into €290: €210 for the room, €20 for the spa, and €40 for breakfast. The hotel does not justify this price.4.Cleanliness issues – The room had a dirty toilet and hair scattered around. Hallway carpets were heavily stained.5.Poor spa experience – The spa is much smaller than advertised. At 5 PM, despite being open until 8 PM, a staff member turned off the sauna, reducing it to 30°C. Guests were left crowding in the hammam after using the cold pool.If you’re looking for a clean, aesthetically pleasing stay at a fair price, this is not the place. At best, the hotel is worth €80 per night, but certainly not €290.

The location and our room was beautiful! Our room was spacious, clean and we had a view of lake geneve!

The bathroom was a little bit mouldy around the bath/shower and the spa facility was also in need of a deep clean.

Great location and the room sizes are large

The in room facilities are very dated. For a 4 star hotel at that price, the tea and coffee facilities in the room need to be improved. Especially in the executive rooms, a coffee machine or better coffee than Nescafé instant would be appreciated.

Location and facilities are good. The front desk is great and helped me to get a toothbrush when I forgot mine.

The stay overall is disappointing I must say: the info is not transparent, I have to pay 16 EUR for the parking, another 20 EUR for the pool access, feel discriminated that my room is not “qualified” for free entrance to the swimming pool (not Spa service).

They told we could use the spa for free but once there they did not allow to enter in any room even though it was available

The staff upgraded our room for free upon booking, the room was specious and perfectly clean. The breakfast in the morning had a good variety of options, and was delicious.

Everything had to be pre-booked or reserved. The receptionist told us that we can go to the spa, if we wanted to, if we pay the 20 euros entry fee and that the spa staff will handle everything. However, when we went down to the inside pool, we were told that there was no more space and we had to come back later and call in advance to check availability - information that wasn’t given to us in advance. The receptionist also informed us that they were understaffed and dinner at the restaurant might take long time so we can order in-room dining or easily find a table at a restaurant in town. However, the option for in-room dining order disappeared after 19:00 and when we called another receptionist replied quite dryly that the restaurant was fully booked and that in room dining isn’t possible due to the fact that restaurant is at full capacity. We felt short sighted and went out to the city, where we found 3 open restaurants all fully booked (not a festive weekend, low season) and ended up having a burger on what was supposed to be our anniversary dinner! The outside pool facilities were closed but probably because it’s autumn and these only open in summer. The walls are pretty thin and we were bothered by noise from a group of people at 3:00 and 5:00 am; the group was coming back from a night out in casino. There’s definitely room for improvement in the friendliness of the staff, and transparency with guests.

Very expensive for what it is. Moreover we have to pay even more money to park the car, to access a tiny indoor pool where I counted 16 people in. You have to pay even for a very modest snooker! At the check out when the chap asked me how was my stay and I told him my thoughts he was unpleasant. I asked for my invoice , he just printed it out and gave me the sheet with no envelope.

Bath tub drain was plugged - they said they would fix it, but didn't.No lighting at the desk.No place to hang your towels and face cloth in bathroom.Only one hook to hang one robe - we were two.We expected the pool to be included in the room rate - not clear on Booking.com.We expected the heated pool to be available for both the outside and inside sections, but only the indoor part was available.No receipts are given when you sign for extras, so chance of surprise at checkout.Nothing in the room fridge - you have to go to the bar to get things for the room.The public parking entry and exit under the hotel is dangerously narrow and hard to maneuver through for a medium sized car.
