Avoid

Very dirty and hotel was closed during our stay. We did not get notified about it till after payment. Hotel rooms are very dirty. No service, no restaurant, no people. Just us in empty hotel. You can find better stay for the money.

Cleanliness, towel changes, and all daily

The room was nice but I would’ve enjoyed the stay more if construction hadn’t been occurring, but I understand they’re renovating.

Very nice location by a nice lake with walking trails in the forest. On site restaurant was a plus. Very reasonable price.

The facilities were a bit limited, example no lift to the second floor makes it hard to get luggage up to rooms. Also could have used a mini fridge and coffee maker in room since the restaurant had limited hours.

Quiet, maybe too quiet. Very hot shower and water pressure that was above standard. When you work outside all day it was nice to have a good hot shower and not warm like most places.

Location - near the lake, in the countryside and close to Grafenwoehr; Breakfasts - delicious; Staff - super friendly.

Some dusts in all the area by the constructions; Sound isolation in the room is not so good, so often I can hear the barking dogs in other rooms.

It is a nice location.

They were renovating the hotel, we knew about it but they started at 7 in the morning and we didn't have water for 2 days. The cleaning lady and the waitress that made our breakfast were very friendly. The other lady wasn't too friendly.

The location was great and close to stores.

Bathroom shower door was falling off.

Breakfast was fresh and very well prepared. Location was amazing and the rooms were clean.

Clean, affordable, and nice view

Check in was crazy easy. It took 2 minutes from the time I opened the front door to getting a key to the room. Furniture was in good shape and very functional if you needed it. Room was clean and comfortable.

Room was small, which is fine given the price, but I can see people being cramped perhaps.

THE BREAKFAST WAITRESS WAS MORE THAN SUPER!SHE SPOKE TO ME IN PERFECT ENGLISH, AND TO MY WIFE IN PERFECT GERMAN.WE WILL BE COMING BACK ![

The bed sheets were very scratchy and rough. Breakfast was okay, but not special.

Was not informed about breakfast times or location. Parking was also an issue at night due to the restaurant customers.

Everything was perfect. I was surprised by the location and how the place looked. It was way better than expected.

The only reason it was not exceptional across the board was the construction. The construction hours were as described though so overall it was still good.
