Pros +
- The rooms and bathroom were clean and bed very comfortable. However we were disappointed with check-in and lack of contact with any reception staff.
- We stayed in a 3 room apartment (ground floor). The living area was exceptionally big with a Billard and Table Football. We were 3 families and we could spent the whole time in the living space. It was 31st night and the hotel also organized a 15 min fireworks show that was excellent.
- Excellent restaurant on site.
Cons -
- Check-in, could not find our booking. Before we left we realised we coukd have had the Konus card for local transport. This was not offered at all until we asked. By then it was too late.Despite an EU directive on offering tap water during meals this was declined when we asked at our evening meal, despite spending a considerable amount on wine and beer for our table. There was nobody available during the day. Front door was locked, had to use back door up steps to gain entry. None if this explained at check in.
- Nothing significant.
- When you go outside night, there are no lights to see the way
