Vikos View

First of all, Katarina our host was very kind and attentive, plus, she makes the best breakfast! Other than that the compound is lovely, very connected to nature. The room was very clean and welcoming, and the viewpoint on the Vikos Gorge only a few dozen meters from the hotel is beautiful. There’s also some amazing views from the room, we enjoyed it a lot. The hotel owner provides touristic services and he was very kind and easy to talk to.

Everything was absolutely lovely, so we only have some side notes: The shower is small and the temperature from our experience weren’t very stable. However, we will still come back for sure and recommend!Another side note - the location of the hotel is not actually inside Aristi, but in Vikos.

Located at the Vikos Gorge trailhead, this is a great place to explore the nature of Zagori. Very comfortable, very hospitable staff, scrumptious breakfast. Katarina is so friendly and a wonderful cook. Waking up to the smell of her fried peppers and zucchini fritters was lovely. The village is tiny, 15-20 houses, however two taverns serve good food.

Vikos View is the perfect home base to explore Vikos Gorge and the surrounding Zagori region. The hotel is located in the quiet and charming village of Vikos, features beautiful views from every room. Our wonderful hostess Katarina, made our stay extra special with her warm Greek hospitality and kindness. Our breakfast was the best of entire stay in Greece, freshly prepared every morning and delicious. The rooms were small, yet comfortably furnished with incredible views. We highly recommend Vico view for an authentic Greek travel experience.

Amazing place to stay at the end of a long hike through Vikos Gorge. Katerina was a kind and wonderful host and made the stay that much more enjoyable. The food was great as well, and incredible views!

We came in the middle of July with days of extreme hit, and it was very hard without air conditioning. So it’s recommended when it’s not that hot outside

An amazing location with stunning view. There are numerous hiking trails in the area including one across the street. The rooms are great and very clean. The staff is outstanding- very helpful and incredibly friendly. They also serve food and we had an outstanding lunch. Bottom line, this place is highly recommended.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this peaceful hotel. The hospitality was exceptional: Katherine who runs the place was really amazing and welcoming. She was very warm & friendly and full of care. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. Hotel’s location is perfect for exploring the Zagori region. The nice Vikos Gorge View Point is just few meters the hotel and the trail to the beautiful Angastromeni & Voidomatis Springs begins in front of the hotel. Hotel’s location is great to explore the Zagori villages, especially Aristy, Papingo, Mikro Papinko and the beautiful trails along Voidomatis river.We recommend this hotel to anyone who’s looking for a peaceful hotel\home at Zagori.

This is a home..not a hotel.. Katrina is the star of this place and without doubt is there to make your stay amazing.. her smile and warmth are worth it all..everything is basic but so wonderfully good ...

The host and the staff ere incredibly kind and welcoming. The breakfast was rich and delicious, the view was breathtaking, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the price matched our expectations. We would return to this place, no doubt.Vikos is a lovely small village, we visited in April and the weather was chilly but perfect for us.

Lower floor rooms don't have much sound isolation, you could hear the living room quite well.

Bottom line — this was hands down the best, coziest, and most enjoyable place we stayed at during our trip.Katerina welcomed us with warmth and made sure we had everything we needed for our 3 nught stay, from the very first moment. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and generous — the perfect way to start the day. Christos, the owner, went above and beyond, spending an hour and a half with us planning the next leg of our journey. The location is also spot-on for anyone interested in hiking and exploring the stunning Vikos mountain range.

Rooms are very simple but they offer great value for the price we paid. Definitly a fair and worthwhile deal

The staff is super friendly with a lot of advices. The location of the establishment is close to a lot of things to do and if you're staying for more than a couple of days there's a tone of activities that you can find in the hotel. Definitely will be going back.
