Lovely large hotel, very comfortable beds, wonderful breakfast and very kind and accommodating hosts. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a nicer experience.

Nice location, kind stuff

This might not apply to the summer when there are more guests, but when we were there in the middle of September the only stuff in attendance couldn't speak English at all. We were not able to communicate the fact that one of us is vegan, it took us about 30 minutes to get our room (because we wanted tween beds, as we sent well ahead of our arrival).I don't recommend the food, the evening resturant was not good. Breakfast was also disappointing (e.g. the coffee wasn't hot). We were the only guests at the time, so I assume things are better during high season The mattress was soft, maybe the double beds are better

The position, ambiance, heritage but above all … The hosts, Spyro & Elizabeth were exceptional and couldn’t do enough for us . Loved the sitting area & balcony common area were you could meet other in house guests .

The arrangement of the curtain in the shower was not stable, which of course was somewhat disturbing. Everything else was fine.

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful mountain village. It has a lot of character and the staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very ncomfortable and decorated nicely. There is a good breakfast and a restaurant if required. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very nice and we could use the fireplace all the night since they provided us with plenty of woods. Breakfast was really good!! Excellent!

The owners of this hotel are extremely nice, friendly, warm and generous people. As vegans Elizabeth surprised us with a vegan breakfast with fresh vegetables from her garden and special pastry. The hotel is in a perfect location, and is a perfect place to enjoy and relax after a busy day exploring Zaguri. We will definitely come back and stay in this quiet and amazing place.

Ideal location in order to commute to Ioannina and the rest of Zagorochoria villages.Tasty breakfast.Very kind staff who wanted to make sure that we are ok!Pleasant facilities with room for parking.

No air condition in room.Room price was 58euro on booking , we made reservation on that price but they took 60euro from us by cash? They said no credit card.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast (jams, pites, etc) and all meals were house-made - really great quality! The rooms were spacy and very clean!
