Pros +
- Very cozy and nice place with traditional architecture and very kind and generous staff
- Breakfest
- Charming and rustic. We stayed in a restored building with beautiful views.
Cons -
- Rooms, bath
- Accessibility is problematic. Steep stairs and low doors. The rooms we received did not correspond exactly to the photos of the rooms we selected when ordering. Some furnishings were in need of repair ( e.. a small sofa in one room was missing a large chunk of upholstery). Small things that detract from the potential of the property. The breakfast was decent but not of uniform quality - some days some products were fresh while others seemed less fresh.
- We got a room for 5 with 2 levels, which was a bit uncomfortable with the 2nd floor slanted roof. Also AC was not strong enough

The breakfast was very nice on the porch area and the hotel location in Aristi is great.

Excellent location, the staff was very kind and helpful with every request , especially the manager Klara
Comfortable, great location, easy to get to, good value, excellent breakfast.
Clara and all the other girls are very friendly and helpful. Traditional clean rooms.Very nice breakfast.Great location!!!
Clara ?She is managing the place and amazing.
The building is from 1803 with all the meanings, some places are lower and need to be careful.
Charming, cozy and rustic hotel perfectly situated within the village of Aristi. Walking distance to several restaurants and a mini market. Above all, the staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful and kind. Clara remembered our breakfast preferences (which was fantastic) from day to day and was always available whenever needed, making our stay extraordinary. The views from the veranda were spectacular, and we could've easily spent our whole stay there.
Excellent location, polite staff, nice breakfast, clean room.
Mattresses and pillows were a little bit hard
I liked the politeness of the staff and eagerness to accommodate every need, the location, the beautiful room
The marred of the bed was too hard (that is a personal opinion of course for others it might be perfect). The shower does not agree with the perfect style of the room. The inside is covered with a plastic inside that has the hudromassage shower accessories on it that looks cheap and also leaks when you use it.
Beautiful hotel in the mountains. Very comfortable place to stay to explore the zagoria region. Hotel was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view from the rooms and terrace. There is a very comfortable and inviting living room and breakfast area. The staff was so kind, Clara made us feel right at home, had many recommendations and was ready to help with anything we needed. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
Klara the Manger.she made our stay .fell like home.good recommendations where to go and what to do on the area.always smile
You can hear from the wall the other roomSnooring at night...and other talking.
The location and place is beautiful The staff is wonderful Breakfast is really good , just what you need We had a great time
Very beautiful hotel in a very beautiful village. The room is big and comfortable. It was cold outside and hot and cozy in the room and through the night. Clara and the staff are amazing and happy to help with everything.
The bathtub was leaking and the floor was always wet, And the water pressure is very low. We missed a wardrobe to unpack our clothes.
Favorite stay in Greece. Lovely views, cozy room and friendly staff.
This place is so magical! I’ve never been to this kind of hotel and it was different in the best way. The room was lovely, comfortable and the staff was so lovely and considering! Breakfast was also really good, exactly the things you need to eat to start the day. I didn’t want to leave the place, highly recommend!!!!!!
Breakfast was good, rich and jenerous.
We were an extended family and ocupied a few rooms. Each room had a different issue. 1. We found 5 smal scorpions!! In one room. One scorpion on a shelf, 4 under the matress. They were dead, fortunately. 2. In another room we ran out of toilet paper but despite asking for it in two consecutive days, none was provided. 3. Some rooms were on the 2nd floor and to reach them you had to climb exceedingly steep steps. A ladder would have been easier, especially going down. 4. One bathroom had no curtain at the shower, flooding the bathroom when used. In another bathroom, the shower just leaked badly.
Great location, great staff, special room, great breakfast
A lot of stairs, need to take into consideration :)
Well situated with good views on the valley. “Old building”. Comfortable and cosy.
Difficult to find, misplaced in booking’s map. It’s not really and old building, just a new built as an old one. The bathroom was outdated, the massage plastic cabin shower falling apart. The staff told me it was dating from 20 years ago or so. Staff not at all friendly, not welcoming. The lady (I cannot remember her name) didn’t even come in the lobby, we couldn’t see her and she shouted from a back room telling is to walk in even though she just had to make three steps. She was sitting there and wasn’t prepared to stand up to welcome us and didn’t bother to give us a smile or even look us in the eyes. When presenting the room she obviously was annoyed by her task. In the morning the breakfast was unusually late (8h30) and we were the guests from at least 3 or 4 rooms waiting outside the closed doors of the donning room for just a coffee. They finally gave us one coffee and a orange juice as we had to hit the road but then the others were scolded at because they dared to grab a cup of coffee as well, the waitress shouting “not before 8h30” repeatedly, throwing them outside and locking the door again.
