Segovia Sierra de Guadarrama

aircon was not working and i sweat the all night. I asked for water (the mini bar was compltely empty) and they told me they were bringing to me but never happened. at the end i went ot buy a bottle at the bar.

Breakfast, location is perfect in mountain, heating, parking, close to highway, staff are very pleasent

In the evening water was lukewarm, walls are so thin that i could hear other guest what they are talking and they were not shouting, suprisingly other guests were very noisy somewhere in the hotel. If you want to have good sleep before visiting Segovia skip this hotel.

The breakfast was really good. The facilities were good as well.

First, the bathroom was dirty. We found a bunch of hairs and top work was not cleaned. Secondly, we booked a family room, but we got something else with two extra beds. Unfortunately, one of them was extremely uncomfortable. Thirdly, there supposed to be crib in the room which was not there.

Great location, close to Segovia and Avila. Staff was helpful and nice.

Someone smoked in the other room and the smoke was coming through the vent. The same happened when we opened the window. It was a shame as everything else was really nice.

The staff was very nice, the breakfast was good.

We asked for one large bed and got two separate beds instead. The room was a bit dirty (dust on the floor and such), the pool was nothing like the pictures. The pictures of the pool they display is actually of a pool in a private club which is a 50 min walk / 10 min drive from the hotel. We thought that for the location and the facilities the price was very high. Would not recommend.

The wifi in our room was very weak. The complimentary breakfast was just different types of breads. Good quality croissants and juice, but nothing filling. You have to pay extra if you want protein.

Free parking. Lovely location. Reasonable rate with continental breakfast included.

No mention of WiFi at check in. No minibar in room. Room was dated and door moldings were falling apart. No hot water!! Staff said it was a common problem. WiFi was so slow I couldn’t watch a movie. Air conditioning didn’t work..had to open a window for fresh air. No elevator from car park to main floor. Problem if you have mobility issues. This is not a 4 star hotel!!

The hotel location so close to Segovia and excellent hiking routes nearby.The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our short stay. Our room was spacious and clean. Our breakfast was basic but filling.It was good value for money.

Our stay was amazing value for money. We booked dinner, bed and breakfast. The food was superb - a 5 course set meal for dinner and the buffet breakfast at 7.50 euros was magnificent.

Dinner was supposed to be available from 2000, however, the restaurant didnt open until we had raised the point with the staff. It was worth waiting for though!

Very poor restaurant. Staff were good and were able to speak enough English.However, interpretation of food was very poor.Main course was served before entree even finished. Really quite expensive consideringlack of knowledge

Dated hotel, small covered pool in the hotel (the other pool is a 10 min drive and is very very busy

The location is terrible, the rooms dated and no good bars or restaurants nearby.

Spacious rooms although a bit dated. The staff were very friendly.

The breakfast looked very average so decided not to eat there. The rooms were pretty noisy and we could hear the lift and next door neighbours all night.

The heater didn't work, The have to change us 3 times of room. And the friends that were with us have a baby and their heater didn't work as well.

hotel was nice, warm and clean

staff on arrival check in was supposed to be at 3pm and we arrived about 3.30pm with the receptionist shrugging her shoulders and bluntly saying room not ready due to conference that was finishing and every body was leaving.. which was poor management as there was only about twenty rooms booked for that night and I could not see why they couldn’t have got that many ready. poor start

People at reception not providing good service, at checking in, only hand over the keys, no other information about breakfast, WiFi, typical stuff.Hot water was not available, or according to reception it might be needed to leave water running 5 min or so. Additionally very low water pressure, at least on the third floor. Insects on both rooms, hotel is in a natural environment, but nevertheless,

The location was good and the room was excellent. The WiFi was good.

The bed was superbig and comfy, room is also big as expected.

No room service even though it was announced, very little chairs/hammocs in the swimming pool area, no electricity plug next to one side of the bed. Bad noise isolation, we had a football team next to us chatting and playing videogames and we could listen everything.

The suite was lovely and spacious (especially the bathroom). Breakfast was very good quality, loved the bread!

The balconies of the suite could have been furnished to make them more enjoyable in the sun. Lots of noise overnight in the street, but it wasn't the hotel's fault. A kettle and some tea should be provided.

Good value for money. The staff of the hotel are very friendly. the quality of the food is out Standing. definitely a place stay again soon.

In the morning the hot water not quite hot it worm. in the afternoon no problem.

Hotel is nice - lobby, outdoor pool, restaurant. I am sure there is plenty to do around.

Rooms are quite small and not cute. I would say too ordinary.
