Hotel is very dirty and old. I found a roach in my room.

Very clean with comfortable beds in quiet area. The staff was friendly.

A bit far away but perfect for a stop over.

No air conditioning...it was on hot only and outside was 34 Celsius degrees....they moved me to a room and ask me to open windows at night....The breakfast was poor and limited. The room was not maintained for very long time....

Friendly Staff. Pablo was very helpful and gave us great information of the surroundings and restaurants.

Room had a constant sewage smell, and it was ridiculous to have a charging fee of 5 euros per hour if we had a late check out. The hotel was almost empty!!! We even requested 15 minutes late check out, but the they still charged us 5 euros!! Crazy hotel policy. The hotel lacks maintenance.I'm not going back. I will not recommend this hotel.

Cant complain with this price.... Not easy to locate the hotel as the street leading to the hotel was really dark and location kind of middle of no where.Nonetheless, was surprise with the mountain view in the morning.Decent breakfast

We stayed one night only to break the long journey from Costa Blanca to A Coruña and we were very pleased with the room and the breakfast.

All good for us but glad Google Maps found the hotel from its address !

People are not supportive and the taxi pays 150 euro to airport while in the booking it says good location and it happened to be in the middle of nowhere

Staff is not supportive and asked me to pay while my card was there not aware at all of the visa booking policy

Overall very good value for money. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, the room was getting cleaned very well, the extra food we purchased for the occasional dinner was of good quality, cannot fault anything. Plus there was underground parking which was great for the car we rented. Location is between Avila and Segovia, towns that we explored, and also 40 minutes drive from Madrid. Close to motorways. Overall great experience.

Lovely staff, excellent secure parking. Had pretty much everything required for an overnight stop on the way north.

Minor point, but a fairly common issue in northern Spain - 1 long bolster pillow for the double bed. Glad we always travel with our own pillows. Could also do with a mattress cover to smooth out the lines on the mattress.
