    Pros +

    • Location: very close to city center without being inside the walls. Parking was good. Value for money was very good
    • The hotel has very good location, not in the main street but 5-10 min away on foot from it, with easy parking and a small playground next to the building (which is a plus if you go with kids). The room was clean and comfy.
    • Nice hotel with beautiful and comfortable spa area ( steam room , jacuzzi, heated pool with massage jets , experience showers and a cold plunge pool ) Beds very big ahd and comfortable and same with bathroom. Had a little balcony. Breakfast was plenty of choice and we had dinner in the restaurant where the menu of the day was tasty and good value. Had a secure parking garage with even tools to fix your bike if needed. Staff very friendly.

    Cons -

    • They did not mention the SPA access was 17 euros chargeable. Breakfast was good but never changed, mostly industrial like the bread, juice.. There was hair on the toilet and in the bathtub even at check in. Hallways are not refurbished
    • We had the breakfast included but finally, we had to check out really early, so in the reception they told us they were sorry but they could not prepare a "to go" breakfast.. Fortunately, when we suggest "at least some fruit?" they agreed and prepare a bag with an apple and a pear for each of us.
    • Just a heads up if you use the spa you need to bring ( or buy slippers 3 euros ) and a swimming cap

Passing through the area, great spot to rest for the night. The decor featured photography of the region- which was a lovely touch! Comfortable bed. Ample parking, very personable staff. Breakfast buffet pretty standard- with an excellent coffee machine- brewing a cup to perfection (sometimes the self serve machines aren’t do great- this one was!)

Maybe update the bedding. Otherwise it’s perfect! The catedral has scaffolding- nothing that the hotel can do to change that- but wow what a beautiful view awaits when the restoration is complete!

It was an amazing experience. The spa was fabulous and a great view of the city. I will definitely go back. Friendly staff as well

The bed could have been a little more comfortable.

Very good, clean facilities. We had a comfortable stay in this hotel. The breakfast was good, they served typical food (cheese, ham, omelette, juice and coffee). We have not used spa or pools. There was a place to park our car in front of the hotel. The staff was friendly, we would come back.

Everything was fine, nothing negative to point out.

Breakfast. Otherwise, I don’t think I would stay again.

Great marketing photographs far from reality. Front desk giving us excuses for not granting us access to the WIFI. “To poor/weak signal”. Outdated Bathroom fixtures just like the room furniture.

Space in the room, location near historical centre, and very good restaurant

No equipment to do coffee od tea in the room

Easy access, good parking at hotel. Close walk to the old town. Hotel is satisfactory without any character. Met expectations.

Front of hotel is where smokers congregate near the entrance, and a bit of a challenge when entering the hotel. The bar also overflows to a beer lounge out front which gets quite noisy. 2 bus tours arriving during our stay were temporarily chaotic.

Picturesque surroundings and good parking facilities. Easy to find.

No tea, coffee or water in the room. Poor breakfast choices and poor value for money.

    8WillHaysnoePosted on: 5-5-2024

I liked the view the most. It was great being able to see the cathedral and walls from our room and balcony.Breakfast was very good (despite the fact that we unexpectedly arrived at the breakfast room in the midst of about 30 senior citizens who'd just shown up for a spa day and, apparently, breakfast - the young women who ran it did an amazing job). Nice to be able to walk so easily into the old town.

This was temporary but the parking lot was under construction which caused some minor issues moving luggage and checking in.

Good stopping point on our journey between the med and the north. Spa was enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was good.

It should be clearer when booking, that use of the spa is not free for hotel guests. (17 euro per person for 1 hour). Evening meal was OK but disappointing. We hoped and expected a better quality of food.

Problems with entering late p.m.,keys nor working

    7AdrianaPosted on: 10-4-2023

The room was spacious and with lots of natural light. The hotel has its own parking facilities (although they were full due to a wedding on our first night there) and it's within perfect walking distance of El Burgo de Osma's town center. We tried the spa one of the days and it was a great experience: we were lucky enough to avoid the crowd of the Saturday and the place was really quiet, clean and well-maintained. It's really worth the money, especially if you're staying in the hotel. We also liked the fact that the hotel is so well prepared to host bicycles. It gives the place a clear vibe for people who enjoy practicing outdoor sports. The spa is a great way to end a long day of hiking or riding.

The beds weren't so comfortable. During our first night in the hotel, there was a wedding being hosted in it. It was noisy enough to wake you up in the middle of the night. Also, although the buffet breakfast is included, isn't really memorable. Probably any nice bar in the area can provide a reasonably good breakfast for far less.

Looks nice great location and easy to find

The walls are paper thin and I could hear next door and I thought they were pole vaulting at one point. Then I could here one of them snoring. The trouble is they build these places with paper thin walls.

Everything was really good, especially the staff from the breakfast and Luis (from reception), who was very attentive to our needs (we were two motoriders that arrived wet to the hotel).

View, room, bath, breakfast, staff, dinner was great value!!. Access to town and supermarket. A/C good.

Room soulless but functional. No water or fridge in room.
