La Dépendance Hotel

delighted with the location. unfortunately we arrived on a Sunday to the train station and if it hadn't been for a very kind family we wouldn't have made it to the hotel. We found out at our departure there was a golf cart to take us to the bus station. Very grateful for that! Representatives were so very helpful!

didn't check for a lift at the hotel before making reservation, our fault! Luckily the young lady helped us carry our bags up to the check-in area. Would have loved a room with a balcony but our room was nice & clean! ( I will say we are over 75 yrs of age) so if you are young, this is a perfect spot!

Most perfect location in Noto !! with the best restaurants ever on the same street and few minutes walk away. All facilities were perfect, check was super easy even thought we were arriving late they made sure we were clear with their instructions and got in easily. Spacious apartment for 4 people. Super clean and comfortable

It was described as an hotel. There was no reception facilities at any time during my stay.I had pay a stranger 5€ to try and access the room.There was an online process that required payment to use. I ended up calling the 'emergency' number to obtain two 10 digit access codes to eventually gain access to the room.I never received confirmation from the emergency contact that my hire wouldn't get towed from the only possible car park adjacent to the so called hotel.It is not a hotel. There was no assistance at anytime that should be expected at an hotel.It was the most expensive room rate of my trip to Sicily, and offered nothing. I am very annoyed that Booking. com offer this useless room only product.

Beautiful hotel, great location, friendly and responsive staff

As many of the other reviews say, we didn’t love the checkin/virtual key system, felt a bit fussy and the instructions for check were all in Italian which was a bit tricky to translate out of the booking.com app. Also note the pool is only for guests who have booked the suite!

Staff is very responsive via phone (WhatsApp) and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice toiletteries and the bed is comfortable. AC is also a much needed and welcomed addition

I do not recommend booking the room with the breakfast, for multiple reasons including that, you have to confirm breakfast 24 hours in advance, you cannot just go-down and have breakfast (and we were not told before hand).Also the rooms open via phone only, so if your phone is dead not a great solution. Also you can open by code, but you still need your phone to view the code. Staff is not always on location and that made it difficult when we needed the iron or other things.

Fantastic location. Very friendly staff, nice rooms, in the heart of Noto. Andrea was very nice to help with almost any question we had. The room was very clean.

We Intentionally booked a room with a balcony but what we became was something totally different. So not worth the price. No glasses in the room for water. No where in the bath room to store anything like hair spray or shaving cream. No desk in the room that you could write letters or post cards. No Parking. On the other side of the street was a public Parking lot. The only good thing about the Parking lot it didn’t cost anything. Still it was a bit of luck sometimes to find a Parking spot. Sometimes we hab to park a couple of streets away and walk back to the Hotel. Internet wasn’t the best but did work some what.
