I also experienced allergies throughout the night and discovered that the AC filters and bathroom extractor were covered in dust and hadn't been cleaned.During breakfast, the selection was limited, and the eggs on the buffet were cold. When we requested freshly fried eggs, the waitress, initially told us there would be an extra charge. After explaining our concern, they kindly agreed to make some for us without additional cost.

The resort grounds and pool area are beautiful and well-maintained.On a positive note, the reception staff were very accommodating. They refunded us for the night we didn't stay and assured us they would address the cleanliness issues, so future guests don't encounter the same problems.

I liked the fact that the hotel was actually placed in am olive reservation, we had a lot of privacy, the room was big enough, clean and confortable.
I did not like the fact that they charged us with a late check in tax. It had never happened to us, no matter how late we arrived at any hotel. I can understand a late check out tax, but the fact that we arrive later than the check in hours should never cost extra money, it is rude for the customers. Also, the breakfast could be better, they only serve varieties of egg beside sweet things like croissants and tarts, only one morning we also had bruschetti with vegetables. It would be nice to have aside vegetables every morning.
This is one of the best experiences I ever had. Friendly personal. Rooms perfect. Pool and Bar area are charming.The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet.Thanks to the whole team.

the location was amazing, very close to San Lorenzo beach with free parking and beach admission. the room was comfortable, and the pool looked nice, but we didn’t use it (we prefer the beach). Breakfast was sufficient enough for us, eggs made how we liked when asked. About a 15 minute drive to Noto and Marzamemi, with lots of restaurants and shopping seaside. a nice quiet resort In a good location.
the resort has a lot of potential for big gardens and outdoor seating areas. also more chairs and umbrellas by the pool would be good. Looks like they need new mattresses, and natural sunlight in the room. the name “resort” was misleading.
