Q92 Noto

Everything about Q92 is immaculate, luxurious, stylish, and comfortable. The hotel itself is gorgeous, an absolutely beautiful property right in the heart of Noto, with interiors that rival the baroque beauty of the surroundings. The best part of the stay, though, was definitely the warm hospitality of Giulia, Francesco, and Nicoletta, who supported me throughout my entire stay in every way — from the booking of transfers on arrival and departure, through to the arrangement of restaurant reservations, the storing of luggage, and more — so kindly and efficiently that I truly felt I could relax and simply enjoy my time in Sicily. If you have the opportunity to stay here, don’t miss it!

AC didn’t work first night

The service was excellent and the staff was very welcoming and so friendly making us feel right at home.

We wished the room had a full-length mirror mounted on the wall. The shower floor was also quite slippery since no mat was provided and the shower stall was small.

Beautiful decor, good breakfast, exception service.

The doors closing are very loud in the hallways and you can hear them inside your room.

The local was great and the service generally was good. The lounges were comfortable and the bar services were good. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast experience could have been better. Half way through service most options had gone or not been replenished. However, the other guests were also quite messy and disruptive.

Great hotel! Fantastic Location near Corso Vittorio Emanuele which is the main street . We had luck in finding parking in front of the hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very nice & helpful . Beautiful Noto !!

This hotel is beautiful with interior decoration reminiscent of Venice. The location is both private and in the middle of the baroque beauty of Noto.Very friendly staff; special thanks to Christian who helped us navigate parking and got soaked carrying our bags to the car during a deluge.

Such a stunning unique property. Staff were so warm and welcoming. We received a complimentary upgrade on arrival which was so appreciated. The room was unbelievable.

The only slight flaw was the street noise was very loud from our room. It went on until 4am and then there was a woman selling bird whistles which she was consistently using outside the window throughout the morning

Location was very convenient, right off the main street with restaurants and shops. They guided me to a paid parking lot right across the street, and we always found a convenient parking spot. Breakfast was great - loved the pastries and scrambled eggs. The room was spacious and the air conditioning was by far the best we found in Sicily.

Our room was right off the main reception area and our "balcony" looked into a courtyard with views into several apartments, so it wasn't the most private. This tradeoff was perfectly fine though, given the excellent location.

Perfect location. Clean & beautiful room! Perfect for my 2 kinds (3) & (1). They gave us a crib. We had a balcony over looking all the action.

Nothing was perfect

Beautiful decor, very central, comfortable bed and high quality sheets.

The staff is a little green. They offered us a drink at check-in then forgot to bring it. There was no soap in the bathroom - had to walk downstairs to ask for it. Towels are hidden in the cupboard. Breakfast is decent but not exceptional.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was truly lovely with excellent food and a uniquely special presentation.

The only issue we had was the shower leaked, even with the door closed so we had to mop up after each use.

The staff members were always willing, gracious and amicable. A most elegant and stylish boutique hotel. What a wonderful position in the heart of Noto and what a view!

Our bedroom and bathroom were both excellent and all the main rooms of the hotel are a pleasure to be in. We ate breakfast (good options) in the balcony room giving a view onto the square (and, because it was the Noto flower festival, onto the preparations in the street). The hotel manages to feel secluded while being in the heart of the town. The service was excellent, and friendly.

Not the fault of the hotel, but in case it is useful to other visitors, staying in the run-up to the flower festival is not a good idea. Several streets were shut and we had to park our car on the outskirts (the hotel arranged a shuttle to take us there). On the night before the festival proper, loud music was played throughout the town centre until about 2am.

Rooms need doors in bathroom so beware it’s open with no doors or separation.

Beautiful decorated rooms and hotel, great location in historical center. Stunning views of the historical center from rooms and from bar/breakfast room.Very friendly and caring staff. We enjoyed an upgraded room and had a wonderful stay.
