Very big room, well equipped and with a great view and balcony. Breakfast was also great.

the room was really nice and the spa very nice also

the bar in the hotel is always open and they re friendly. but when I asked a gin lemon they were not able to satisfy my request. from my perspective it s important to know how to prepare some simple drinks. after a discussion with another waiter they made a gin lemon. problem solved but i suggest more training to the stuff

Big, comfortable room. Peacfull inside, not crowded. Modern property and swimming pool.

Rooms are big and really well equipped. Lobby has nice caffe with fireplace and a piano. Everything is running smoothly, functional, hotel is nicely decorated and most importantly, clean.Breakfast buffet was excellent. The pool is big enough and with several massages, also hot tub. We had a great rest!

Dinner buffet was confusing at first, took some time until we figured out that we can also order some extra food from the menu (that wasn't on the buffet).

One of the best hotel experiences in my life. Truly exceeded my expectations - spacious room, very kind and helpful stuff, beautiful surroundings, and delicious food were just amazing. Option to stay in the spa after checking out is very nice and makes the whole experience unforgettable. I wish prosperity to the hotel and to each person who works there.

Hotel is well located in heart of nature, staff nice and kind, friendly communication. Room very spacious, well equipped, clean and warm with a great view. Food delicious, great choice . Wellness is ??Can't wait to go again.

Bad was not ready , staff have to come and fix it. Will be better that they chech before guest comming.

Shampoo/bathgel could be nicer for a thermal spa where your skin gets very dry

Room 2311 - the air conditioner is so load, it was hard to fall asleep. Opened the balcony door to stop the noise!!

Everything is super clean and comfy! The bedroom is always big and with a marvellous view. The SPA is one of the best that I have seen until now

We have never stayed in such a comfortable and friendly hotel. The room, atmosphere and the spa facilities were all superb.

Pools are good, rooms nice and big, toilette also bigger than usual. We took half board, which for really small difference vs.breakfast only was really good valur for the money.

The bed was ok, comfy, but super creaky... which is oy minus I can mention about this hotel.

Everything was great, the size of the room, the bed, the view from the room and food.

For such a hotel I would expect coffee in the room since there is a water heater.

Great breakfast and dinner buffet. Spacious room and balcony. I loved the lobby fragrance. Hotel bar is really lovely with live music in the evenings.

Very polite staff. The dinner was very delicious. Maybe one of the hotel's with the best gastronomy in Europe.Free private parking.Rooms are very big, clean and better then more hotel's with 5 stars.Private SPA on the fifth floor is perfect for couples.Big recommendations for this hotel.
