We liked everything about this hotel. Close to everything, spotless clean, wonderful breakfast, the team is amazing and really care about their guests! We received a lot of recommendations about the area and highly appreciated that. We booked a studio and was fully satisfied with the room. We had everything we needed and more.

Cofee quality on breakfast could be improved. But we had a nespresso machine with nespresso capsules, that closed the issue for us

Cosy, boutique hotel. Very warm and welcoming. Staff very polite and helpful. Best advise regarding hikes a gentleman there gave us. Unfortunately didn’t ask his name. The breakfast was the best. Very freshly prepared every morning. So much personal touches into it and every morning different dishes.

There is no AC in case it gets got.

The facilities were modern and bright and had a wonderful smell of wood. The breakfast was incredible and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Amazing place with sparking clean apartment and adorable staff. Everything is perfect. Breakfast is just amazing . The whole atmosphere and people will make you feel absolutely happy . Sauna is available for guests 3-6 p.m . Sparking clean .

This is a tremendous place to be for those, who love skiing and silence. The beautiful landscape, slow sounds of the river nearby, and the luxurious spa zone. Special thanks for gourmet breakfast and ski-room.

She gave us a detailed map highlighting must-see sights and top restaurants in the area. Every morning, she provided updates on the weather and potential road closures, ensuring we felt well-prepared and cared for throughout our trip.Breakfast was simply outstanding, with a wide selection of snacks and dishes prepared to order. Their omelette deserves Michelin-star recognition! One morning, they even treated us to a special omelette made with chanterelle mushrooms handpicked by the staff.The hotel’s location is perfect, offering easy access to all the key sights in the area.The spa was another highlight, particularly the outdoor jacuzzi with breathtaking mountain views

Natura Boutique Chalet is a little gem. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The chalet is beautifully presented, our room was cozy and everything was spotless. The breakfast included was the best we had on our trip. The host seem to really care about the little details and ensuring you enjoy your stay. It exceeded our expectations and is incredible value for money.

Fantastic hotel with friendly staff that gave us great tips to explore the area. Tasty breakfast and comfy rooms. Walking distance from Dobbiaco Lake. You also get the Sudtirol ticket to use public transport for free.

NOTHING about this place!Just about supermarkets.....if you don't have a car, you need to make 30-35 min walk to the nearest one, don't understand why supermarkets are in city center

Excellent hotel with very friendly and professional stuff located in a beautiful and quiet area. Parking spot is available on place. It is just a few minutes by walk from Dobbiaco Lake. Room was very comfortable and it had an amazing bed. Every detail was carefully planned and beautifully decorated. Even towels and bathrobes were soft and fluffy. Breakfasts were amazing and tasty, every day there was something new prepared to try. SPA area is outstanding, perfect place to relax. It was a delight to spend part of our holidays here and we cannot recommend it enough. Natura Boutique Chalet exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to come back.

A very nice hotel in an excellent quiet location. The breakfast was the best so far with lots of local products and a little different every day, which makes breakfast even more interesting. The owners of the hotel and entire hotel personnel is very friendly and always ready to help with advice for exploring the surroundings.
