Kyriad Prestige Residence & Spa Cabourg-Dives-sur-Mer

Nice breakfast, close to town, staff was very accommodating

Smoking, the smoke from cigarettes would come into our room. The smoke patio should be away from the building AND the food.

Very nice hotel, they had a room with a better view available so they upgraded us for free.

Great breakfast and also available early in the weekend.

Room cleaning service is not automatic. You have to ask for it if you stay multiple days.

Excellent breakfast Good location Close to the beachFree parking Close supermarkets

Extra 10 euro for using sink and cooker but it didn't work well.No cleaning during 3 days of staying

Good spacious rooms with all that you need.Location is good, parking is with electrical car chargers, pool is nice.Minutes walking from city center and the beach.

All was good

The room was great, the location is very convenient, especially with dogs. Easy access to the beach, which is within walking distance along a foot/cycle path. The spa was very nice, great massage (extra). Breakfast was nice with more choice than I had anticipated.

Only minor downside is the bathroom, the tap in the shower really, which didn't work properly.

Very clean large room kettle in room quite close to town

A bit further out of town than expected to walk to!

value for money, good car park

No dinner on site,

Clean room

The room was cold. Airconditoner stops every hour and needs to switch on each time.

There's nothing very exciting about this hotel. If you want somewhere to stay in the vicinity that has an acceptable bedroom, OK shower (I couldn't get the rain head to work), good bed, good wi-fi, and so on, the Kyriad will deliver. Lidl is beside the hotel and has good charging for EVs (the charging in the hotel car park didn't seem to work). Plenty of restaurants within a short walk too.

The breakfast wasn't great - it must be the only hotel in France that didn't serve crossaints (Saturday morning). Some did appear for Sunday. Staff seemed pretty disinterested.

Good breakfast, large offer (pancake device well appreciated) . No coffee cappuccino, only chocolate cappuccino

Quite close to railways track, was not disturbed by th train. Couch was old, top surface largely scratched

The breakfast, the parking lot

The swimming pool, the fact that kids were not allowed to jacuzzi, the sofa creaked, poor English of the staff, the cleaning lady

Nice quiet location. Walking distance to Cabourg. Local restaurants close by.

Pool was quite cold. Spa facilities weren't included in room price, which was quite misleading.

Great room with excellent facilities. Loved to pool!

Door to en suite was difficult to close and never really fully screened anyone using the shower room.Very poor choices at breakfast for those following a plant based diet ie no non-dairy milk and no alternatives to meat and eggs.

Great, varied breakfast. Helpful staff. The pool was the best part. Also having the fridge and microwave to use in room was great.

I found it a little pricey otherwise I would have stayed longer!

Liked sauna and steam room and fridge in room

Didn’t like room cleaning service

Good room set up with a small balcony, decent size bedroom and good air con. Short walk to the restaurants and I'd highly recommend Le Baligan for dinner (must book).

We weren't told we had to pay for the kitchenette and therefore couldn't use it.

Great location. 10 min walk to beach and restaurants. Big comfortable room and bathroom. Good variety of breakfast.

Compact but well equipped. Air conditioned as it was so hot.

The general appearance from outside.

Comfortable bedroom, decent size, nice small pool for kids to relax in but beware it gets noisy and maybe others don't like.

Have to request bedding to be changed day before (was not told on check in). Bit of a walk to the beach (15-20 mins) but seemed to suggest closer.
