    Cons -

    • The receptionist lady called me at 07:30 on the room's phone in the morning to ask a trivial question about my invoice - and thus of course woke me up. I pondered my head what made a hotel employee call a sleeping guest at 07:30 in the morning if its not a total emergency, but I didn't find any answer except "Just don't care". This is a hotel, its purpose is for guests being able to sleep, right? If that is impossible then this hotel has failed its purpose/mission. I mean, think about it... you have no idea when the guest arrived, maybe at 03:00 or 04:00 in the night, maybe that person is on a long trip and needs every minute of sleep that person can get, so just because your job starts at 07:15 doesn't mean that everyone wakes up at 06:30. Its called abstraction / caring about other people / using your head... The only time allowed to call a guest in a non-emergency is after 11:30 if checkout time is 12:00, not before. I'm staying at around 100 hotels per year and I can't remember the last time this has happened, so this is an exceptionally bad place to stay at in this regard. I'll try to avoid this hotel the next time I drive this route.
    • Grounds were a bit run down. Needs a tidy up.
    • Lighting into the ground-floor corridor.

We enjoyed the room and the restaurant.

    Lighting into the ground-floor corridor.

Good motorway hotel, basic but clean and with spacious rooms. Food service is good too and it has a swimming pool and electric car chargers at the door

    5KevinPosted on: 11-21-2024

    Food was pretty good.

The "double" bed was two singles pushed together, so there was a tendency to roll into the crack in the middle. Not a good night's sleep!

    8NoelPosted on: 10-27-2024

We like the location and the general ambience. The restaurant is good. The hotel is very well insulated from the A7 autoroute.

The hotel is well insulated from the outside, but the soundproofing between rooms is poor.

Bad for Ibis reputation. Bad value for money

Cheap bungalows, tiny rooms, ugly decoration, on unkept terrain next to highway maintenance facilities and near high power electricity lines.

    8EllykePosted on: 9-6-2024

Normally I don't expect much from a hotel just off the Route du Soleil but I was pleasantly surprised. There were many families with children all eating outside and enjoying themselves. Staff was very friendly and helpfulBed was very comfyAnd yes, the airconditioner does make some sound, but the silver lining is that you don't hear people in the corridors or outside or in the rooms next/above you.

Cannot think of anything other than the bathroom being very tiny

    5EmmaPosted on: 8-30-2024

The bathroom was nice and had been refurbished, you had Wi-Fi in the room and could access YouTube

The room had a bad smell

    2NancyPosted on: 8-19-2024

The pool was great, perfect for travelling with kidsThere was a parking right next to the roomThe double bed was comfortable

There was not much to like about this place.Absolutely overpriced for what it actually is.The family room was on the ground floor and very mouldy and humid. On arrival we found the bathroom not very clean, with hairs from the guests before. We needed to go to reception to get clean towels,as they were dirty, too. In the evening we noticed, that the sheets were dirty, washed yes but with stamps.horrible.The staff (mainly the female staff) was not friendly at all, even me with fluid speaking French, they had quiet an arrogant attitude and were not helpful at all.Leaving a credit card as “deposit”for eventual problems is kind of strange, especially as they want to charge everything on the room.I can’t recommend this hotel at all,it’s not a 3*Hotel, totally overpriced, for one night ok, but not longer. The manager really needs to do something about the cleaning staff, because it was not acceptable

    8StephenPosted on: 8-5-2024

Location - friendly staff. Up to usual Ibis standard - reliable.

Outdoor seating area mostly occupied by smokers.

    5NielsPosted on: 7-29-2024

It’s not as portrayed in the pictures.

Well given the price the price you don’t expect much but, knowing yr traveling with kids the least you could do is provide towels and sufficient toilet paper. Also communication is a thing.

Always good to stay at this hotel, great location very close to the motorway, good food and pleasant staff...

Position is great , parking with a truck outside is good , rooms are quiet, and breakfast is good

    Nothing to dislike

    5MatthewPosted on: 1-5-2024

The property was in a good location

It was very unclean with dirty floors and dirty interior. No pillows in the room and very cold with the heating not working. Staff very rude and the worst food I have eaten in France !

    4KevinPosted on: 12-3-2023

    Food was pretty good.

The first three keys I tried didn't work. Then the Wi-Fi didn't work, so I had to change rooms. The room I stayed in had bugs and spiders in it.

Th location and friendly staff are great

The towel had a dark stain in the middle, luckily I had 2 and was traveling alone.

    9KatsiarynaPosted on: 10-19-2023

I find the reviews too negative. The place was totally fine to spend one night. The room was modern the breakfast was good.

it is not a fancy hotel, but everything was alright.
